What is RealAudio?

RealAudio is a program that can work in conjunction with a person's web browser that allows real-time audio capabilities. Normally, if a person wants to hear a sound file, they must download the file (which is usually huge) and then use a program to listen to the sound file. With RealAudio, you can listen to the file by just clicking on the link. The RealAudio program automatically will run and you can listen to the file within seconds.
