Seeking Wisdom in the Information Age

Many seek after knowledge in the “information age,” but who will seek wisdom? Scripture tells us that the law of Yahweh IS our wisdom and our understanding. And His wisdom is within everyone’s reach.

information has reached 5 zettabytes in 2014.
This is the informational equivalent to 4500 stacks of printed books from the earth to the sun. That's 93 million miles, okay. 4500 hundred stacks of books. So my question is; in the midst of all this
information, who is going to seek Yahweh's wisdom? And so our study title is called Seeking Wisdom in
the Information Age. I wonder if this flood of information the detriment of it is that there is so much information to process and to try to understand that the word of Yahweh, just one collection of books, you know about this thick or so in the midst of the 4500 books going to the earth and sun and back, might be getting lost in the mix.
Now we're very blessed in our nation, in our age, with this availability of information. If you think back, if you can go back 500 years ago, in order for someone to even have a copy of the scriptures; it had to be handwritten. They didn't have printing presses, copiers, printers and these kinds of technologies. It wasn't long after the printing press was invented that they printed bibles. Thanks to the martyrdom of some who were faithful in trying to get that done for us. And with that a tremendous growth in the knowledge of Elohim kind of went on with it. And so along came Protestantism and the denominationalism that mentality they carried from the Catholic Church. Where they had this access to the scriptures and had the motto of Sola Scriptura, scripture alone. Of course, they had a limit to what they were comfortable with. There was and still is a lot of anti-semitisms and with that anti-Semitism came a bias against anything that may have been perceived to be Jewish And if you look too much like a Jew, somehow you're denying the Messiah. And so there is a meeting of the minds here and this Catholic Church was actually considering the idea of adopting the Sola Scriptura position. And then it came down to the Sabbath and the Catholic Church, one of the bishops or someone spoke up and said "You know the Protestants are teaching the Sola Scriptura but they don't themselves follow that. Because they go by the Sabbath on the first day of the week Sunday for which they can only thank the Catholic Church. They can't find that in the bible. So what they are doing and what they are saying even they don't follow." And with that argument, the whole council ended. And Catholicism remained Catholicism and did not adopt the protestant position of Sola Scriptura. But now in this new Information Age, the technology of printing press helped to disseminate and to send out knowledge to multitudes of people. And therefore technologies were more easily able to be developed because of the sharing of knowledge and the accumulation of knowledge.
And we have a new age called this Information Age, where the accumulation of knowledge is so easy to obtain. I mean with a cellphone you can type anything in the search engine and probably find the answer to it. Any question you may have on almost anything. Anybody with $5 can make a website or a blog and sometimes even with nothing, costs nothing. And the search engines don't care whether you're a multimillion dollar ministry or whether you're just some guy out in the middle of the woods here in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri. The information is there and so there it is. Well, it kind of leveled the playing field. Protestant Christianity had the money to create books and tracts and pamphlets had the people to produce and share their information. But now, you know everything has kind of been equaled out. It's not those with money who necessarily have the advantage. And so in our generation, we have a tremendous number of people who are coming to understand the blessing of Yahweh's wisdom, his Torah, and calling upon his name and observing his Sabbath and the feast days. Whereas when I started believing this way in 1989 and 1990 there were not very many of us. But now this information is able to go out there and we have people making the choice. And so there is wisdom available for those who
are seeking it. But we're also in a time, this age of more easily being able to find the knowledge of both good and evil. We're also in an age where much evil can be done and much evil can be accomplished. Because the language barrier that was set up in Genesis chapter 11 has been broken. In Genesis 11:4 it says and they said: "come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth." But Yahweh came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And we know the story. Yahweh said, "Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. And that's where we're in right now. He was concerned about that kind of thing happening. The thing that's happening right now, pride of men technology advancing much too quickly. He put a limit on man and that limit is language. And so whatever technology, one particular language group would develop, they would not be able to communicate that very easily to the other language group. To continue that technology because they would typically come in that kingdom would fall and they would be destroyed and some other people would come in and so on. But now, the language barrier has been broken, nations share information, and the ability to record information in electronic form is very powerful, very easy and at any place on the globe. A little poor boy in Africa with a cell phone in his hand, and they do have them out there can access Eliyah.com and find out about the Torah or he can access some really terrible filth. So, what we have today brothers is basically the same thing Yahweh didn't want man to do. Not because the information itself was bad, but he knows the depravity of man's heart.
And we know from scripture that one day there will be a one world everything. This globalism that is being pushed is going to happen whether you like it or not it's going to happen. And we need to be prepared spiritually for that. We need to get our spiritual swords sharpened, because they are going to use their information, part of which will be doctrines of demons to deceive, the souls of the whole world. So are we ready? Have we sharpened our swords? Are we seeking the understanding and the wisdom of Yahweh?
What are we doing with our time? How are we spending our time? In self-pleasure? We live in a very wealthy nation, lots of capability to sit around and just pleasure ourselves. What are we doing with our time? Yahushua told us, "watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the son of man".
There are some of us who are going to need tribulation. I wonder if Yahushua was to come back at the 2000 year anniversary of his crucifixion which may very well have happened in 2030 or in the year 30 I should say. 2000 years later would be 2030, that would mean we have 6 more years until this covenant of peace, and then 3 and a half years after a great and tremendous tribulations on the earth. Are we ready to stand before the son of man? Are we taking our time to get our spiritual swords sharpened so we can do battle against the enemy? Are we taking advantage of this time that we have? If not, we may need tribulation. And so in the midst of all of this information. You know we may not be kind of worthy to escape, we may have to live through it, and we may have to be unprotected in it. And so we are called to seek Yahweh's wisdom,
especially now. If it was possible even the elect would be deceived, that's how deceptive it's going to be. And so I'm calling all of us to stand in the ways and see Jeremiah 6:16 and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it.
Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, "we will not walk in it". Also, I set watchmen over you saying "listen to the sound of the trumpet" but they said, "we will not listen". Yahweh is setting watchmen calling us to hear the sound of the trumpet. They called to listen to the words of Elohim, but they refused to listen to the sound, they refused to seek wisdom. Therefore hear you Gentiles, nations and know, O congregation Israel what is among them.
Hear, O earth, behold, I will certainly bring calamity on thus people. The fruit of their thoughts, because they have not heeded my words, nor my Torah, law, but
rejected it. Are we willing to hear his Torah? Are we so caught up in man's words and the defiled bread of man and we're more impressed than we are by the words of Yahweh, that we're not hearing the sound of the trumpet? Because there is a trumpet sound, Yahushua ha Mashiach will come at the last trump. But Yahushua didn't he say something about finding rest for your souls? This scripture says if we walk in it, we'll find rest our souls. If we walk in the Torah, if we walk in Yahweh's love we'll find rest for our souls. But then Yahushua says, "come to me all you who labor in a heavy burden, I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." So which is it? Where can we find rest, is it through Messiah or is it through heeding the words of the Torah? Many will say, "Well that was the Old Testament, back then tom. Yeah, that's all they had. They only had the law then, to give them rest. Now we got Yahushua, he gives us rest. The law burdens us". They say, "Messiah gives us forgiveness." Well it's true Yahushua delivers us from condemnation and therefore that part is true. But it's also true that he said what?
"Learn from me, and then you will find rest for your souls". Are you willing to learn from him? Two things he asks us to do. He says "take my yoke on you, grace and dying to self. Participating in his crucifixion, as it's no longer we who live, Messiah living in us. We're crucified with him and also learn from him. Learn what? Well, he is a gentle teacher, he won't condemn you if you're seeking him, and he will not destroy you if you desire his instruction and are seeking to walk it out. But you can't reject his teaching and still learn from him; can you? What is the new covenant anyway?
What is he teaching? Can you learn from his example or is his example useless to you because he is keeping the law? I think we're supposed to learn from his example; a disciple is not above his teacher. Jeremiah 6:16 stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is. Learn from Yahushua these old paths. Because the new covenant promises us, "this is the covenant I make with the house of Israel in those days" says Yahweh. "I will put my law. What law? Well, this is Jeremiah's day here; this is long before Yahushua was ever even born on the earth. So a lot a lot of what Jeremiah is talking about is the Torah the one given through Moshe. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. And I will be their Elohim and they shall be my people." For partakers of the new covenant.
You say you're a New Testament church, what you say? Okay. Ministers of the New Testament, you wanna say that, new covenant? Then I guess his law is in your mind, the Torah, the law of Yahweh is in your mind, in your heart. So, that must mean you know what they say "your word I have hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you". The law it being in your heart causes you to obey it. So are we refusing to learn from him by rejecting his law, the law of Yahweh, the example Yahushua? The law he is seeking to put in your heart is this ancient wisdom that grants you rest for your souls. Yes it's true New Testament also has wisdom, but we can't neglect anything that Yahweh has said. We live not by bread alone, but by every word that precedes out of the mouth of Yahweh, right? Every word. And Yahushua said, and then he said to them "therefore every scribe instructed concerning the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out his treasure things new and old". Both. You don't have to neglect one for the other. Yahushua can teach you new things by his spirit and by the things he proclaimed in what's called the New Testament, and that's all well and good and wonderful. But there are also some ancient things that are tremendously awesome as well. In fact, the Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. Our people act as if the law has no place in our conversion anymore; it's all about Yahushua and what he did. Scripture says the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple. If you're looking for wisdom in the information age, look in Yahweh's perfect law and you will find it. And it will bring you to a place where you're on your knees begging for the Messiah Yahushua to be in you. And therefore, it does have a place in converting your soul. A major problem today is that many are seeking the new to the neglect of the old or seeking the old to They are not scribes instructed concerning the the neglect of the new. kingdom. They want salvation, but wisdom they do not have. Modern Christianity says that; they know Yahushua converts the soul but aren't first willing to recognize their own need for Yahweh's wisdom. But before we can really appreciate the good news, we must first learn what the bad news is. Bad news is that; we're totally depraved; we're completely and totally helpless and clueless apart from the wisdom and salvation of Yahweh. We might know that we need salvation but the condition that led up to that point was our refusal to accept Yahweh's wisdom and instruction in our life. It was our rejection of his wisdom and his instruction that brought about our need for Yahushua the Messiah in our life. So along with our need for salvation, also comes a need for Yahweh's wisdom and instruction in our life. Too many people think that they can just say a few words, accept Messiah and that's it, and they are done. But his goodness leads us to repentance, do you not know? Do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of Elohim leads you to repentance? That means to turn away from the rejection of his wisdom and turn toward receiving his wisdom and his instruction in your life. Because the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul, it will teach you the right way to live. It's true, I think, my personal belief is; the law is not just what's in the Old Testament, the law is any instruction that comes from the mouth of Yahweh. Actually, the word "law" in the Hebrew is "Torah" it simply means "teaching and instruction". That's what it really means. Law is really a terrible translation.
Imagine that the instruction ended with Messiah, does that make any sense? Or the instruction of Yahweh has been abolished, does that make any sense? When you really translate the word "Torah" correctly what they are saying doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But I believe the New Testament portion of scriptures, also contain wisdom and they are also law. Because they are all part of Yahweh's teaching. But there is a whole world of wisdom in the first two-thirds of scripture that has been widely rejected, is outdated and old fashioned and just
plain old just old. But that's the foundation. Modern churches too often do disregard or ignore the Torah which is the foundation of the new. Preferring instead to primarily focus on Paul's letters which are actually only 5% of the bible by volume of words, Paul's letter, and 5%. And that's where they most of their time today most people. But when a disproportionate amount of attention and emphasis is placed on just 5% of the bible, you're going to have an unbalanced view of
Yahweh's word and his wisdom. Paul's primary mission was to teach us that the longsuffering of our master is salvation. It is what Yahushua did for us that bring us salvation. That was his primary revelation as Peter mentioned here as our beloved brother Paul according to the wisdom given to him has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things in which are some things hard to understand. Which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction as they do the rest of the scriptures? If they are not taught, they are not taught, not taught what? They are not taught, the teaching, the law, the teaching. They don't know the teaching, they don't know the law. And so they twist it to their own destruction, he said. Like they do the rest of scripture because they haven't been taught by the teaching. Have not received the wisdom of Yahweh. Yahweh gave Paul wisdom that Yahushua longsuffering is our salvation and Paul had that wisdom that was great. That's only 5% of the bible my friend. There is a whole 95% out there are waiting for you
to learn. Now if it was easy for Peter and people living in the 1st century did misunderstand Paul's letters, I'm sure it's a whole lot easier for us today to misunderstand Paul's letters. So we gotta be careful when we read it and make sure we are not misunderstanding it. Because we haven't been taught by the teaching,
the Torah. Hosiah Chapter 4 verse 6 says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge. I hear lots of people quote this verse. And they'll say "well because you don't know the layers of conspiracy out there" or "because you don't know about this health message" or" this kind of food you're supposed to eat". All kinds of misuses of this particular passage. Will you please listen and read the whole thing for me? It says because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest. He is talking to the priests. Saying because you have forgotten the law of your Elohim. The teaching of your Elohim, you've forgotten his teaching, his wisdom, and his instruction. He says "well I'll forget your children. "How about that? Wow. Destroyed for lack of Yahweh's teaching of his law. The knowledge that they are missing is the law of Yahweh, that's the knowledge they are missing. So they rejected understanding and rejected wisdom. So our generation isn't the first one, I mean traditional Christianity wasn't the only ones who rejected Yahweh's instruction and teaching. It was going on back in Hosiah's days as well. So he says I" I reject you then and your children too'. Why did Yahushua say whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven?" Why? What are these commandments? Look at the context; he is talking about the law of Yahweh. After he said he didn't come to destroy, he came to fulfill it, to do it. Rejection instruction concerning the kingdom of Elohim. If you reject his teaching, his law, his instruction and just don't think that you're gonna get by because "oh I can be a least". If you're content with being least you've got a heart problem. You got a serious heart condition. If you're shooting for the least and you're just stubborn saying "I'm not going to keep and teach the commands" Remember, the least of the beasts was the serpent. The least in the future kingdom may be those who follow the serpent and therefore they are on the outside of the city. I'm not saying these things to condemn anybody, please understand me. I honestly believe that there are many people in traditional Christianity who have a sincere and genuine relationship with Yahushua our savior. I really believe that and that Yahweh loves them and if they died today, they would be found in his kingdom. I don't condemn. But I'm saying listen to the sound of the shofar, the sound of the trumpet, the trumpet call. What was going on the sound of the shofar? In the book of Exodus chapter 19:16 it came to pass the third day, that there was thundering and lightening's and a thick cloud on the mountain and the sound of the trumpet was very loud. So that the people in the camp trembled and Moshe brought the people out of the camp to meet with Elohim, and they stood at the foot of the mountain. And he ultimately gave them the Ten Commandments. Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke because Yahweh descended upon it in fire. It's smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. And when the blast of the trumpet sounded long and became louder and louder Moses spoke and Elohim answered him by voice. Then Yahweh came down upon Mount Sinai on top of the mountain. And Yahweh called Moses to the top of the mountain and Moses went up. It was pretty bold I'd say. He sounded the trumpet because it was time to come and hear the word, time to come and hear the Torah, the law of Yahweh. It's time that we hear the law of Yahweh, it's time.
The day will come in the future when the whole world will hear the law of Yahweh. When Yahushua comes back at the last trump. Isaiah 2 verses 3 through 4 many people shall come and say" come and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of Elohim of Jacob. He will teach us his ways and we shall walk in his paths". Why? For out of Zion shall go forth the Torah, the law and the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations and rebuke many people. They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation; neither shall they learn war any more. This is also a futuristic prophet, that's our future. The Torah is everywhere you're going to be, get used to it. That's why there are scriptures that talk about feast keeping and one new moon to another, one Sabbath to another we will all come and worship before him. Isaiah 66:23, Zachariah 14 because we are all gonna hear the word of Yahweh and we are going to do it. We are, we're gonna do it, it's gonna be awesome, it's gonna be a wonderful thing, a wonderful time. And so we got all this knowledge out there today in the quote "Information Age". And there is only one book out of the 4500 trips to the sun stack of book that matters. And that's the knowledge of Yahweh. For there was no one like Yahweh, there is none besides you. Nor is there any rock like our Elohim 1 Samuel 2 verse 2 through 3. "Talk no more so very proudly, let no arrogance come from your mouth, for Yahweh is the Elohim of knowledge and by him, actions are weighed." Our
people seeking knowledge over a whole lot of things, but who will seek wisdom? Seeking his wisdom will give us better information than any internet search for anything could possibly yield. He says "talk no more so very proudly" because knowledge puffs up. Love that advice. The purpose of all the wisdom Yahweh gives is that we would walk in love, that's the purpose of it, that's the idea behind it, that's the goal of it. So who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by what? Good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above but is earthly, sensual and demonic. We don't want earthly, sensual, demonic wisdom, do we? See there is a wisdom that descends or is on the earth today. Sensual, demonic, bitter envy, self-seeking, boasting and lying that's not from above. The wisdom from above is different. Where envy and self-seeking exists confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above its first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of
mercy and good fruits without partiality. And without hypocrisy. Now that's wisdom. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. So you're listening for the voice of wisdom, you want to know where it can be found. Listen for peaceableness, gentleness, mercy, the lack of hypocrisy, someone being filled with good fruits not being partial. Just the fruit of righteousness being sown in peace. Now many times we think it's our own voice, the loudness of our voice in the anger, in the wrath of man is gonna produce the righteousness of Elohim in the heart another person. Maybe we think by yelling at one another, we're going to impart wisdom, but that's self-seeking and confusion. The wisdom that comes from Yahweh, if you want it to go out to somebody else that must be sown, sown in peace. And then you will make peace with that person and their maker. Not through carnal arguments in the dates, meekness of wisdom, peaceableness.
Something we all need to learn from including myself. Do you know how the clouds are balanced, those
wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge? I love this, the scripture here says in Job 37:16 Yahweh is perfect in knowledge. Psalm 147:5 says great is our master and mighty in power, his understanding is infinite. What's infinite? Infinite is there is no end to it. In other words, it would be impossible for Yahweh to teach you everything he knows and ever come to an end teaching what he knows.
It's almost unfathomable to my finite brain. Because it has a certain capacity and that's it. But Yahweh doesn't have an end to this capacity for understanding, it's infinite. So you are looking for information in the Information Age. Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting Elohim, Yahweh, The Creator of the ends of the earth. Neither faints nor weary. His understanding is un searchable. There is no end to his understanding and therefore you couldn't search it all out and find it all. That's what he's saying here, Isaiah 40 verse 28. You'll never find the end of it. Romans 11:33 Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of Elohim. How unsearchable are his judgments and his ways past finding out.
You'll never find the end but he wants you to learn from him. Because he knows you, he knows you backward and forwards. Psalm 139, O Yahweh you have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up, you understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue but behold O Yahweh you know it altogether. You have hedged me behind and before and laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, it is high I cannot attain it. There is no way you could exhaust his understanding. And so if you're looking for understanding, if you're looking for understanding, if you're looking for wisdom; go to the Elohim of knowledge the one who is unsearchable. You'd never find the end of it.
He I not only wise but he is in control of gets his wisdom and when. Daniel 2:20 says Daniel answered and said "blessed be the name of Elohim forever and ever, for wisdom and might are his. And he changes the times and seasons and removes kings and raises up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. If someone has any wisdom and someone has any knowledge, true wisdom, holy wisdom, pure wisdom that's from Yahweh. He reveals deep and secret things, he knows what is in the darkness and the light dwells in him. So if you're looking for the deep and secret things, go to him. Because happy is the man who finds wisdom, Proverbs 3:13 and the man who gains understanding. For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver and her gain than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies and all the things you may desire cannot compare with her. Who is her? Wisdom personified. So in the midst of our prosperity doctrine totting preachers, the true prosperity is gaining a big old pile of Yahweh's wisdom. That would be more precious than any rubies and of the things that you desire, they cannot be compared possibly with the wisdom of Yahweh. The length of days that means long life is in her right hand, in her left hand riches and honor. Seek first the kingdom and Yahweh's righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her. And happy are all who retain her. Yahweh by wisdom founded the earth, by understanding, he established the heavens. So long before there was ever a heaven on earth, there was wisdom. Before Genesis 1:1 there was wisdom. Proverbs 4: 5 get wisdom, get understanding. Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you, love here and she will keep you. Wisdom is the principal thing. Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore get wisdom and in all your getting, get understanding. Our days are numbered on the earth and the only thing that's going to matter is whether or not you applied your heart to seek Yahweh's wisdom. Information on how to build something, or do something, what's that gonna matter in 6 trillion years, really, and through eternity? What's gonna matter is whether you sought the wisdom of Yahweh. So teach us to number our day we say to Yahweh. That we may apply our hearts to wisdom because our time here is limited. let's spend those days applying our hearts to wisdom because there are many people living today as though life is just gonna go on forever. Any prosperity you know it is gonna kind of go on forever. And people are concerned about the President and how much prosperity he is going to bring this nation. These are concerned about the economy and maybe the next president will bring more hope for the future. Your days are numbered, my friend. Your time is short; apply your heart to understand how frail you are. And seek wisdom; apply your heart to wisdom. Let Yahweh's wisdom be your guide into the eternal things. And so wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the open squares. She cries out in the chief concourses, at the openings of the gates of the city, she speaks her words. "How long you simple ones, will you love simplicity?
For scorners delight in their scorning, they love to mock. And fools hate knowledge. Turn at my rebuke, surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you. Because I have called and you refused. I have stretched out my hand and no one regarded. Because you disdained all my counsel and would have none of my rebuke. I also laugh at your calamity, I will mock when your fear comes, and your terror comes. When your terror comes like a storm and your destruction comes like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call on me but I will not answer. They will seek me diligently but they will not find me. blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of Yahweh. They would have none of my counsel and despised my every rebuke. Sometimes, brothers, the window of opportunity to seek wisdom in the fear of Elohim is limited. We have the opportunity today. The people of Messiah's day they wondered about Yahushua" where did he get all this wisdom? Where did he get that?" they couldn't figure it out. He didn't go to any of the rabinical schools, where did he learn that, where did he get it? They wanted to know. He had come to his own country, he taught them in the synagogue so that they were astonished and said "where did this man get this wisdom and these mighty works?
Then they saw the boldness of peter and John in the book of Acts. And perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Yahushua. I like that. Untrained, uneducated, maybe didn't have all the information available in that time period, but what they had was wisdom. Wisdom that's what they had. People as me sometimes, "what seminary did you go to?" , "what bible college did you go to? Did you go to Bible College? Do you have a doctorate? Do you have a degree? Do you have this?" Nothing, high school education.
Doesn't matter, I'm not saying it's all about that, but I wonder if the same energy people pour into their earthly schools, we poured into being schooled by the spirit of the living Elohim. And being schooled by Yahweh himself, be a whole lot better off. For Yahweh gives wisdom, I didn't get from myself. None of us get it from yourself. In fact, I don't know anything yet. I'm just sharing what the scriptures say here, that's my source. I'm wielding the sword. From Yahweh's mouth came knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright, he is a shield to those who walk uprightly. See he wants us to have it. In fact, he doesn't even need me. Do you know that? 1 John 2:27 but the anointing which you have received from him abides in you and you do not need that anyone teach you, but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie and just as it has taught you, you will abide in him. You really don't even need me, really to teach you anything. Seek it yourself find it out. I think you will find pretty much somewhat of what I have found. But you don't need me. Now it's true Yahweh has placed people in the body of Messiah to be teachers and to teach and there is nothing wrong with that. But it's the spirit you need to instruct you, to lead you. Spirit speaks through the scriptures and the spirit speaks to us directly. But the spirit that speaks through the scriptures will never contradict that which is spoken to us directly. And that which is spoken to us directly will never contradict that which written in the scriptures. There are too many people thinking that they are following the spirit but it's not according to scriptures. Yahweh does not contradict himself and so it cannot be if what you think you're getting from Yahweh's spirit is contrary to the word of Elohim, it cannot be from the spirit of Elohim.
And so when the enemy comes against you and tries to attack you and teach you his doctrines Yahushua says " I will like to give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist" That actually happened in the book of Acts. Acts 6:9 says then there arose some from what is called the Synagogue of the Freedmen ( Cyrenians, Alexandrians and those of Cilicia and Asia) disputing with Stephen. And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spoke. And so they just rather than humbling themselves they tried to kill the messenger. Secretly induced men to say, " We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moshe and Elohim."
Couldn't resist him and what he had to say, so they tried to fight the messenger. They stirred up the people, the elders, the scribes and they came upon him seized him and brought him to the council, they also set up false witnesses who said, " This man does not cease to speak blasphemous words against this holy place and law. For we have heard him say this Yahushua of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs which Moshe delivered to us." Did you catch that? These men were what? False witnesses, they are false. Stephen never spoke a blasphemous word against the holy place, he never spoke against the law, the teaching. And he never changed anything that was given from Moshe, didn't change a single thing. Because they were false witnesses.
So the idea that in the New Testament it's out with the old, has been abolished, has been set aside, don't do it anymore. You're agreeing with these false witnesses and you are speaking against the apostles. I didn't write the mail, it's what it says here.
Now we are challenged to seek wisdom. If we are challenged to desire it where does that come from, how can we obtain it? You have to have fertile soil, your heart has to be
prepared to receive the word. And so you can read the bible a thousand times and if it's just some novel or some story book and not something that you are reading to see what you need to change in your heart by the fear of Elohim. You're missing its purpose. These things are examples, things that we need to listen to and we need to heed and we need to pay attention. So that we can make changes in any areas where we need to change. Or our heart is not in line with the will of Yahweh. And so it all starts with the fear of Yahweh. The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
You can't even get to step one unless you got this
right here, the fear of Yahweh. A good understanding have all those who do his commandments. His praise endures forever. So the fear of Yahweh is just the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. You start with the fear of Yahweh and so, therefore, you depart from evil. But you do not gain understanding until you choose to walk in the wisdom given to him.
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom proverbs 9:10 and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. To know about Yahweh is to have understanding. Job 28:28 and to, and he said, " behold, the fear of Yahweh that is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding". See you have the wisdom but you also need the
understanding to apply that wisdom. James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of Elohim who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him. Now ask him if you feel like you need wisdom in a situation ask him. And don't doubt, ask in faith with no doubting. For he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Where the wind blows, there you go, you're not solid, you're not anchored by the word if Elohim. For let, not that man supposes that he will receive anything from Yahweh; he is double minded unstable in all his ways. Double-minded. Why double minded? On one hand you're asking for wisdom that's one mind and on the other hand, you don't believe you're gonna get it. If you don't believe you're gonna get it why do you ask? It's being double minded. So let's seek it, let's ask him for and believe what we are receiving and wait for it. It will be in his time, not yours, in his time.
be like the Psalmist who said in Psalm 119:169 let my cry come before you, O Yahweh; give me understanding according to your word. Seek it because the reality is wisdom is already calling out to you. Proverbs 1 through 4 does not wisdom cry out and understanding lift up her voice? She takes the stand at the top of the high hill beside the way where the paths meet. She cries out by the gates at the entry of the city at the entrance of the doors. "To you O men I call, and my voice is to sons of men." O you simple ones understand prudence and you fools be of an understanding heart. Listen for I will speak of excellent things and from the opening of my lips will come rights things. For my mouth will speak truth, wickedness is and an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are with righteousness, nothing crooked or perverse is in them. But you gotta look for it in which she calls out to you something that is not particularly comforting to your flesh. You gotta accept it. If you cry out for discernment, lift up your voice for understanding. If you seek her as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures. Then you will understand the fear of Yahweh and find the knowledge of Elohim. For Yahweh gives wisdom from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. You're looking for wisdom here is the pathway right here. He stores up sound wisdom from the upright, he is a shield to those who walk uprightly. He guards the paths of justice and preserves the way of his saints. Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path. When wisdom enters your heart and knowledge is pleasant to your soul, discretion will preserve you, understanding will keep you. To deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perverse things. Lots of perverse things in this information age, spoken by man. From those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness. Who rejoice in doing evil and delight in the perversity of the wicked.
Whose ways are crooked and who are devious in their paths. So you're looking to be among those who are not deceived. We have to accept the wisdom of Yahweh, stay humble when we do receive it. And I tell you what? That's one of the most important things. Suppose Yahweh looked upon us with favor and imparted some kind of wisdom to us and we refused to walk in the meekness of wisdom toward others. We could find ourselves stunted in our spiritual
growth. You know that's what happened to all those denominations introduced on Christianity. They became stunted in their spiritual growth because they refused to walk in meekness and acknowledge they could be wrong about something. And since they have stopped believing they were wrong about anything, their spiritual growth was stunted. Now if you're looking for light and you receive light, walk in the light he gives you. Take a step it may not be a flashlight, it may not show what's 50 steps ahead of you or 10 steps ahead of you. The word is a lamp, a lamp only kind of shines a few steps ahead. That's it, maybe one step or two. Walk and when you move forward in that walk the lamp will shine ahead another step. I know how it is, we want the flashlight, don't we? We want the spotlight. You don't always get that. But walk in the light he gives you and more darkness will be eliminated. And you'll know what to do next. But denominationalism you have the final truth here, a little truth there, something a little different than the next guy you know. And they hold up that little beautiful piece of T-bone steak and think they have the whole cow. They say " oh we found the truth, come to us, and
come to our denomination". They assume they have found everything that was needed. Except their elders, their hierarchy, their denominational organizations and now they are stuck. They can't grow anymore, they change the whole things comes falling down like a house of cards. It's set up to keep everything the same and no change when new things are illuminated when new wisdom is revealed. And so they are stunted and they are stuck where they are. And they talk about that T-bone all the time. They talk about how beautiful that piece of steak is and how wonderful it is to know about that piece of the bone steak. And how great it tastes. There is a whole other world of things that they don't know. They think they've got it now. They think they know everything now. 1 Corinthians 8:2 says if anyone thinks he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. But anyone loves Elohim, this one is known by him. He doesn't know anything. You think you know everything, if you think you know it, you don't know it. Because that means you're not being humble about it. Because his understanding is infinite, his ways are unsearchable. You could never find the end of it and go "Oh, I'm done". Even in the ages to come, when you finally see his face and the hour of prayer is no more because you won't need the hour of prayer anymore. You just talk to him and listen. His understanding is infinite, there is no end to it. You won't possibly have exhausted after hearing it for 85 trillion years. You would have only scratched the surface of what he knows. So the goal isn't that you know everything, although it's wonderful to know lots of things. And the more you know the more blessed you can be by that wisdom, but the goal is not what you know, It's who knows you. And whether or not he knows you is entirely dependent upon whether you love him. If you love him you're gonna seek wisdom, if you love him you're gonna try to walk out that wisdom. If you love him you're gonna stay humble, realizing that he has more wisdom to teach you. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear Yahweh and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh and strength to your bones. But denominationalism says "we're already wise we've gained the wisdom we needed." They are wise in their own eyes. They don't realize that they are acting in that way perhaps, but that's what they are saying. Isaiah 5:21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent in their own sight. Wow. Proverbs 26:12 do you see a man wise in his own
eyes? Tell you what? There is more hope for a fool than for him. He is done seeking, he thinks he is wise enough.
More hope for a fool, listen to all the proverbs talking about the fool, the fool this, the fool that. The wise man, the fool, and the fool. There is actually two people who are in a worse condition than a fool and one of them is wise in his own eyes, he is worse condition than the fool.
And Paul warned the assemblies about their hardiness and being wise in their own conceit. Romans 11:13 says I speak to you Gentiles in as much as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify the ministry. If by any means I may provoke ton jealousy those who are my flesh and save them. His whole goal in reaching out to the Gentiles, was so that he would provoke them to jealousy and they would come to know Yahushua. He says, for if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, that means they having rejected Messiah resulted in the whole world being reconciled. What if they accepted Yahushua? It would be like life from the dead. It would be an awesome time. He is calling those who are Gentiles to provoke them to jealousy. Let me ask you a question, I have a question.
Tell me what is it about Santa Claus that provokes the Jewish man to jealousy, about the Easter Bunny? About your rejection of the Shabbat and their rejection of the biblical holidays in favor of the pagan rooted holidays? What is about your ham sandwich that provokes them to jealousy? And your barbecue pork roast every once a year on Sabbath, in rummage sales? Nothing. And there they are so badly in need of a savior.
For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy and if the root is holy so are the branches. And some of the branches were broken off and you being a wild olive tree were grafted among them and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree. With them it says. Among Israel. Do not boast against the branches.
But if you do boast remember that you do not support the root, the root supports you. The boasting against the branches, the arrogance, and hardiness of traditional Christianity has yielded a rejection of the law of Yahweh. Protestant Reformation movement did not fathom that they would have anything to do with Hebrew roots. Anything to do with Jewish people. Constantine he actually " I want to have nothing in common with those Jewish people", nothing. And Martin Luther was the worst, he hated the Jews. Look up his book called The Jews and their lies.
He advocated destroying them. He says, " We're at fault for not destroying them". And Hitler quoted him often. You will say then: branches were broken off that I might be grafted in." Well said. Because of unbelief, they were broken off and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. Fear, don't be wise in your own eyes and don't be arrogant. Fear don't boast against the branches. For Elohim did not spare the natural branches, he may not spare you either. He warned them, he warned them and warned them. It says, therefore, consider goodness and severity of Elohim: on those who fell, severity but toward you goodness, if you continue in his goodness. If you continue in his goodness if you continue in his goodness. The Torah, otherwise you also will be cut off. And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief will be grafted in for Elohim is able to graft them in again. Now I'm not saying that because you don't keep the Sabbath or like the things that I understand that somehow you are cut off. The difference between willful rejection of the word of Yahweh and just don't know any better. We have inherited lies, but we need to sort through them and love and seek the truth. For if you were cut off of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree? So it's gonna happen, they are going to come back, they are going to come to understand Yahushua is the Messiah. They are gonna look upon him who they pierced and they are going to mourn. And I can see the evidence already. When I went to Israel a few years ago back in 2009, I didn't come to them with an arrogant heart. I came to them in peace as one keeping Torah but also receiving Messiah and they saw the tassels hanging from my garment and they realized I believed in Torah. But I did not have the Kipa on my head and they were curious about my faith. When they asked questions I presented Yahushua to them because I told them I believed in him and that I don't believe he ever did away with the Torah. Many of them did not disagree with me, they believed I was telling the truth. I told them I don't do the pagan holidays; Christmas and Easter. But you know they have been presented with a messiah who wears a Toga and the sun just behind his head and some comely looking blue eyed Greek sort of god. And rather than the anointing of Yahweh who had no beauty, we should desire him. Who upheld the Torah, magnified the law and made it honorable and he saw they have not only heard of him, who he is all about. They need to hear it and we brothers and sisters Torah observant believers in Yahushua are called to provoke them to jealousy. We're the bearers of that message, we understand that. We'd be sounding the trumpet. So let's not be wise in our own opinions.
Roman 11:25 for I do not desire brethren that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion., that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. I'm thinking that we are near this or in this time because Jerusalem it says we trampled the Gentiles until the time the Gentiles have fulfilled. We're now in a time where Israel is going to receive him. They are already starting to. Did you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him. Remember that. So where can we receive the wisdom? If you continue in the things you've learned and been assured of knowing from whom you have learned them 2 Timothy 3:14. That from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise making you wise is simple, love Yahweh is. Perfect Right? For salvation through faith which is in Messiah Yahushua. All scripture is given by inspiration of Elohim and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction on righteousness. That the man of Elohim may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good. Work. There you go, thoroughly equipped. Didn't say all, some scriptures is given but all scripture is what? Profitable for what? For doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction and righteousness. So if I bring up an old Testament Verse as instruction in righteousness as someone says " no that's just the old testament". They are making Paul's words here of no effect. They say, " Oh that's just the Old Testament, we don't have to do that,". Is making Paul's words of no effect, what he said, all scripture is good for instruction and righteousness and for doctrine. They are actually rejecting Paul's words, his writings here, what he is saying there. So if the Torah was able to make Timothy wise for salvation through faith which is in Messiah Yahushua, I guess it could probably do that for you too. I think so. Deuteronomy 4:5 says surely I have taught you statutes and judgments, just as Yahweh my Elohim commanded me that you should act according to them in the land which you go to possess. " Therefore be careful to observe them, for this is, this is, your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say " surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people". Can you say that? Is the law of Yahweh your wisdom? Is the Torah your wisdom? Is the instruction of Yahweh your wisdom? Some of those who are wise in their own conceit think the wisdom of Yahweh has been abolished. Imagine that, Yahweh's wisdom being abolished. Doesn't make any sense, does it? The psalmist cries out how sweet are your words to my taste psalm 119: 103 through 104. Sweeter than honey to my mouth. Through your precepts I get understanding, therefore I hate every false way.
Remember, yes the long-suffering of our master is salvation. That wisdom Paul gave us but there is also a foundation of being taught, a danger of being untaught by the Torah, by the teaching. And some think I'm the one twisting things. Please pray tell where in scripture it says "depart from you commandment keepers into the lake of fire you go. How dare you observe my commandments ?" It doesn't say that. We're not the ones twisting anything. Saying "let's obey Yahweh's voice and put our faith in Yahushua for our righteousness." the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul, the testimony of Yahweh is sure making wise the simple. The statutes of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous
altogether. Beautiful, beautiful words. More to be desired are they than gold. Yeah than much fine gold; sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover, by them, your servant is warned and in keeping them there is a great reward. I believe that, in keeping them, there is a great
reward. Do you believe that? Have you been taught that's not true? I don't believe that in keeping them there is a great lake of fire waiting for me because I twisted Paul's letters. I believe in keeping them, there is a great reward like Yahushua says. Great are those who teach and do the commands. I'm not saying that my law-keeping saves me, I'm not saying that I can get righteousness from myself and I can stand before Yahweh on judgment day and say" look I kept your law, therefore I deserve to go into your kingdom". No, I'm gonna say " I haven't kept your law, but Yahushua he said that ' all my unrighteousness, all my iniquity was laid on him' and therefore I put my trust in that promise. Where I failed to keep your word I believe Yahushua did that for me. But I also believe I did need to repent away from the things I knew were wrong and I sought your commands, I sought your ways". So ultimately it's not my righteousness that saves me, it's Yahushua righteousness. Too many people have this mentality that if you start keeping commandments that are certain select ones somehow you are rejecting the messiah. I'm confident that the books speak one message, one consistent message from Genesis to Revelation, one consistent message. One cohesive, sweet, beautiful, unified word of truth and wisdom. And I say. Let's listen to the sound of the trumpet, let's not say we will not walk in it, we will not listen. Let's say I want to hear your words, I want your wisdom, and I look forward to that trumpet call.
When all nations will gather in one place and receive your wisdom. Are ready for this time?
You through your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients because I keep your precepts. You gotta keep them to understand anything. You ever had that before? You are looking at a commandment and you are "why does he tell us to do this? What's ..." Okay you know don't mix the threads, all right. Don't do this. We don't have to understand, but when you actually walk it out, then you kind of go " oh well I see why you told me to do that. That makes sense. Get understanding, Be doers of the word and not hearers only deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in the mirror. For he observes himself, goes away and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work this one will be blessed in what he does. You want to be blessed? Looking for a blessing of Yahweh? Look at the perfect law, the law of Yahweh is perfect and continue in it. It will free you from the life of sin. Through the spirit of living Elohim dwelling in you empower you to walk in righteousness. So that you can be a doer and not just a hearer.
I'm not saying you're gonna change overnight, I certainly haven't. I got some changing to do still. But we want to abide in Yahushua's words. Do you know what the word disciples means? It means taught ones. You're Yahushua's taught ones, you've learned from him who is meek and lowly of heart, you've found rest for your souls because you received eternal life and your soul is now saved. If you were to die today, your soul would be saved. In your learning how to walk uprightly, you're being his disciple, you're being taught, you're learning. And when you abide in the word, that's when you're the one really learning and getting understanding and knowing the truth. And then you will be free. So many quotes this verse and they don't know what its talking about. When you abide in his word, that's the Torah, the teaching, then you are gonna be his taught one and then you're going to know the truth. And then you will made free. It's and ongoing process. The path of the just is like the shining sun Proverbs 4:18. That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. Day by day, step by step, life with the Messiah.
The way of the wicked is like darkness, they do not know what makes them stumble. They are stumbling around but they don't know why. They try to find answers, they look to politicians, they look to technology, they look to man's wisdom. When they don't even realize there is one book out of the 4500 stacks of books going from the earth
to the sun that they really need. And so don't practice what they hear when they hear Yahweh's wisdom and don't listen and they don't know what makes them stumble. They have no idea they are clueless. If they tried to, Yahweh is just gonna say to them " what right have you to declare my statutes or to take my covenant in your mouth. Seeing you hate instruction and cast my words behind you?" You gotta be a doer, not just a hearer. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness of wisdom. So you're looking for wisdom. Yahushua says whoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended the floods came and the winds blew and beat on that boat house, and did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. What's the rock? The one hearing Yahushua's words and doing them. Being a hearer and a doer. Did you know he is not just the word in the book of Matthew, Luke, and John? he is the word in 1 Peter, he is the word in James and you know he is the word also in Jeremiah, Isaiah, The Psalms, The Proverbs and yes Leviticus also and Deuteronomy and Exodus and Genesis. You're going to hear them and do them you'll be a wise man who built his house on the rock. And when trouble, this rain comes flying down, you're gonna stand. Not gonna fall. But the same rain that feeds the heart of the righteous will destroy the weakened. Everyone who hears these sayings of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain descended, the floods came and the winds blew and beat on that house and it fell. And great was its fall. They hearer and not the doer. They hear, they don't do, so the rain came, the
great tribulation comes. I smell a rain coming, how about you?
Same rain washing away the houses of fools who are wise in their own conceit, filled with the knowledge worldly wisdom, resultantly going to fill the disciples of Yahushua with his spirit. May Yahweh help us to be wise men building our house on the rock. Because there is a war going on, this past year you have seen it more than ever. There is a war going on, it's a war, a greater war. Light is gonna hit darkness and something is gonna have to move somewhere. right? And we need to fill our minds now with the wisdom of Yahweh so that when they take the bibles from your hands during the years of drought. They can't take away what you stored in your hearts during the years of plenty. Let's be like Joseph and store up the grain, so
that when the drought comes, were still fed.
Amos 8:11 says "behold the days are coming, " says master Yahweh, " that I will send the famine on the land, not a famine of bread nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Yahweh." Spiritual preparation is what we need to focus on during these years of plenty. As we gain wisdom we will know how to wage a spiritual war . as we take counsel together in his word, let's reject the influences of this age. And not even desire to be with them or a part of them. and fill our minds with the wisdom of Yahweh so that we will be strong.
Proverbs 24; 1 through 4 do not be envious of evil men, nor desire to be with them, For their heart devises violence and their lips talk of trouble making. Through wisdom, a house is built and by understanding it is established. By knowledge, the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. Scripture says that a wise man is strong, a wise man is strong. yes, a man of knowledge increases by strength. For by wise counsel you will wage your own war. If you want to defeat the enemy looking to destroy your heart, you're gonna need wise counsel. and in a multitude of counselors, there is safety. That's why Yahweh put teachers in the body of the Messiah, multitude of counselors. We will be increases in strength and we will wage the war and we will defeat the enemy, we will overcome by the power of his spirit which his written to our hearts, the law of Yahweh. We will not envy the wicked and we will walk in wisdom. Not the wisdom of the world. Ecclesiastes 12: 22 and further my son be admonished by these of making many books, there is no end. And he was right t about that. Much study is wearisome on the flesh. I agree it is. Let's hear the conclusion then of the whole matter. Fear Elohim and keep his commandments, for this is man's all. For Elohim will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing. whether good or evil. And that's the bottom-line. Brothers, sisters seek the wisdom of Yahweh, let the
Word of Messiah dwell in you richly Colossians 3: 16 in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with force in your hearts to master. And whatever you do in word or deed , do all in the name of master Yahushua. The true name of our savior. Giving thanks to Elohim the father through him. It does not say the lord Jesus Christ as originally penned by Paul. The master Yahushua, the one who is the same yesterday, today and forever let's allow his sword to dwell in us so richly. Then the promise of the new covenant which is the law of Yahweh being placed in our hearts and written there becomes a reality as the law of Yahweh is dwelling in us richly. And so in this age of information, the most important information of all are words of life, coming from the mouth of Yahweh. That's what we need to be seeking. Not the other stuff, oh it can be interesting, pay attention. It will provide a context to help you understand what's going on right now in the world. Yahweh in this generation is giving us unprecedented access to his holy words. Go search out on the few buttons on your phone. A few clicks of a mouse you can find and nearly unlimited number of people out there teaching the scriptures. Some good, some bad and some ugly. but take advantage of your advantages, get familiar with the word of Yahweh. If you already know it backward and forwards.
Yahweh is giving you the opportunity to do that. And if you don't really like reading the bible, maybe because you lack the Yahushua . because he is the living flesh and dwelled among us. Don t be the other things that are choking out the word because it's so pleasing to the flesh. Be the spiritually minded one, be fruitful as he wants you to be. Abide in him, ask Yahweh to cleanse your heart and give you holy desires for your words. Like Jeremiah, your words were found and I ate them. and your work was to be the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For I am called by your name O Yahweh Elohim of hosts. Oh to be called by his name. Is this you? I hope so. you probably wouldn't be listening to this study today if it wasn't ... Be like the wise virgins who had enough oil to get them through the darkness of the night because the night will come, where no man can work. It is the spirit that gives life, do you know that? The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit Yahushua said. They are spirit and they are life. The words the world may speak there is no life in it. the words Yahushua speaks, the words Yahweh speaks there is life in it. The doctrines of demons there is no light in it, the doctrines of Yahweh there is life in it. So who are you listening to? Garbage in, garbage out. Yahushua is the living word both Old and New testament. let's hear the sound of the trumpet and take heed to yourselves. Luke 21:34 lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life. everyone looks the drunk part but they don't think "O what about the cares of this life?" That's the big one right now. And that day come upon you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the son of man. Let's seek the place of rest for our weary souls because all flesh is grass. And all the glory of the man as the flower of the grass. the grass withers and its flower falls away. But the word of Yahweh endures forever. And only in Yahweh will we endure forever.
Because the world is passing away and the lust
of it, but he who does the will of Elohim abides forever. So if his word is in you and Yahushua is manifesting his life through you, you will
abide forever. let's pray O Yahweh in Yahushua's name, Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh. Be your awesome name, be your awesome word. o father, we desire that kingdom when the word of Yahweh will go from Jerusalem feeding people with your great wisdom. father Yahweh between now and that time, reveal to us the work that you have for us to do. Establish your word and your will in our life. Fill us with abundant provisions, spiritually and physically. Forgive us father Yahweh where we have not delighted in your word and in your promises and we have delighted in the things that are not of you. Delighting in the flesh rather than in the spirit. Grant us we pray, your wisdom. Wisdom to wage our own war with success, wisdom to defeat the enemy by the power of your spirit dwelling in us. Guard us against temptation, cause righteousness to flow, cause your body of Messiah to manifest the Messiah. That all people might know, there is an Elohim
in Israel. For truly yours is the kingdom and power and glory and majesty and truly all praise, honor, and worship belongs to you Yahweh, Elohim. Yahweh our mighty one, Yahweh Malkeinu, Yahweh our king. Forever and ever, in Yahushua's name amein.

onset of the Industrial Age. The onset of the Information Age is It is estimated that the world's capacity to store
information has reached 5 zettabytes in 2014.
This is the informational equivalent to 4500 stacks of printed books from the earth to the sun. That's 93 million miles, okay. 4500 hundred stacks of books. So my question is; in the midst of all this
information, who is going to seek Yahweh's wisdom? And so our study title is called Seeking Wisdom in
the Information Age. I wonder if this flood of information the detriment of it is that there is so much information to process and to try to understand that the word of Yahweh, just one collection of books, you know about this thick or so in the midst of the 4500 books going to the earth and sun and back, might be getting lost in the mix.
Now we're very blessed in our nation, in our age, with this availability of information. If you think back, if you can go back 500 years ago, in order for someone to even have a copy of the scriptures; it had to be handwritten. They didn't have printing presses, copiers, printers and these kinds of technologies. It wasn't long after the printing press was invented that they printed bibles. Thanks to the martyrdom of some who were faithful in trying to get that done for us. And with that a tremendous growth in the knowledge of Elohim kind of went on with it. And so along came Protestantism and the denominationalism that mentality they carried from the Catholic Church. Where they had this access to the scriptures and had the motto of Sola Scriptura, scripture alone. Of course, they had a limit to what they were comfortable with. There was and still is a lot of anti-semitisms and with that anti-Semitism came a bias against anything that may have been perceived to be Jewish And if you look too much like a Jew, somehow you're denying the Messiah. And so there is a meeting of the minds here and this Catholic Church was actually considering the idea of adopting the Sola Scriptura position. And then it came down to the Sabbath and the Catholic Church, one of the bishops or someone spoke up and said "You know the Protestants are teaching the Sola Scriptura but they don't themselves follow that. Because they go by the Sabbath on the first day of the week Sunday for which they can only thank the Catholic Church. They can't find that in the bible. So what they are doing and what they are saying even they don't follow." And with that argument, the whole council ended. And Catholicism remained Catholicism and did not adopt the protestant position of Sola Scriptura. But now in this new Information Age, the technology of printing press helped to disseminate and to send out knowledge to multitudes of people. And therefore technologies were more easily able to be developed because of the sharing of knowledge and the accumulation of knowledge.
And we have a new age called this Information Age, where the accumulation of knowledge is so easy to obtain. I mean with a cellphone you can type anything in the search engine and probably find the answer to it. Any question you may have on almost anything. Anybody with $5 can make a website or a blog and sometimes even with nothing, costs nothing. And the search engines don't care whether you're a multimillion dollar ministry or whether you're just some guy out in the middle of the woods here in the Ozarks of Southern Missouri. The information is there and so there it is. Well, it kind of leveled the playing field. Protestant Christianity had the money to create books and tracts and pamphlets had the people to produce and share their information. But now, you know everything has kind of been equaled out. It's not those with money who necessarily have the advantage. And so in our generation, we have a tremendous number of people who are coming to understand the blessing of Yahweh's wisdom, his Torah, and calling upon his name and observing his Sabbath and the feast days. Whereas when I started believing this way in 1989 and 1990 there were not very many of us. But now this information is able to go out there and we have people making the choice. And so there is wisdom available for those who
are seeking it. But we're also in a time, this age of more easily being able to find the knowledge of both good and evil. We're also in an age where much evil can be done and much evil can be accomplished. Because the language barrier that was set up in Genesis chapter 11 has been broken. In Genesis 11:4 it says and they said: "come let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth." But Yahweh came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. And we know the story. Yahweh said, "Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them. And that's where we're in right now. He was concerned about that kind of thing happening. The thing that's happening right now, pride of men technology advancing much too quickly. He put a limit on man and that limit is language. And so whatever technology, one particular language group would develop, they would not be able to communicate that very easily to the other language group. To continue that technology because they would typically come in that kingdom would fall and they would be destroyed and some other people would come in and so on. But now, the language barrier has been broken, nations share information, and the ability to record information in electronic form is very powerful, very easy and at any place on the globe. A little poor boy in Africa with a cell phone in his hand, and they do have them out there can access Eliyah.com and find out about the Torah or he can access some really terrible filth. So, what we have today brothers is basically the same thing Yahweh didn't want man to do. Not because the information itself was bad, but he knows the depravity of man's heart.
And we know from scripture that one day there will be a one world everything. This globalism that is being pushed is going to happen whether you like it or not it's going to happen. And we need to be prepared spiritually for that. We need to get our spiritual swords sharpened, because they are going to use their information, part of which will be doctrines of demons to deceive, the souls of the whole world. So are we ready? Have we sharpened our swords? Are we seeking the understanding and the wisdom of Yahweh?
What are we doing with our time? How are we spending our time? In self-pleasure? We live in a very wealthy nation, lots of capability to sit around and just pleasure ourselves. What are we doing with our time? Yahushua told us, "watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the son of man".
There are some of us who are going to need tribulation. I wonder if Yahushua was to come back at the 2000 year anniversary of his crucifixion which may very well have happened in 2030 or in the year 30 I should say. 2000 years later would be 2030, that would mean we have 6 more years until this covenant of peace, and then 3 and a half years after a great and tremendous tribulations on the earth. Are we ready to stand before the son of man? Are we taking our time to get our spiritual swords sharpened so we can do battle against the enemy? Are we taking advantage of this time that we have? If not, we may need tribulation. And so in the midst of all of this information. You know we may not be kind of worthy to escape, we may have to live through it, and we may have to be unprotected in it. And so we are called to seek Yahweh's wisdom,
especially now. If it was possible even the elect would be deceived, that's how deceptive it's going to be. And so I'm calling all of us to stand in the ways and see Jeremiah 6:16 and ask for the old paths, where the good way is, and walk in it.
Then you will find rest for your souls. But they said, "we will not walk in it". Also, I set watchmen over you saying "listen to the sound of the trumpet" but they said, "we will not listen". Yahweh is setting watchmen calling us to hear the sound of the trumpet. They called to listen to the words of Elohim, but they refused to listen to the sound, they refused to seek wisdom. Therefore hear you Gentiles, nations and know, O congregation Israel what is among them.
Hear, O earth, behold, I will certainly bring calamity on thus people. The fruit of their thoughts, because they have not heeded my words, nor my Torah, law, but
rejected it. Are we willing to hear his Torah? Are we so caught up in man's words and the defiled bread of man and we're more impressed than we are by the words of Yahweh, that we're not hearing the sound of the trumpet? Because there is a trumpet sound, Yahushua ha Mashiach will come at the last trump. But Yahushua didn't he say something about finding rest for your souls? This scripture says if we walk in it, we'll find rest our souls. If we walk in the Torah, if we walk in Yahweh's love we'll find rest for our souls. But then Yahushua says, "come to me all you who labor in a heavy burden, I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." So which is it? Where can we find rest, is it through Messiah or is it through heeding the words of the Torah? Many will say, "Well that was the Old Testament, back then tom. Yeah, that's all they had. They only had the law then, to give them rest. Now we got Yahushua, he gives us rest. The law burdens us". They say, "Messiah gives us forgiveness." Well it's true Yahushua delivers us from condemnation and therefore that part is true. But it's also true that he said what?
"Learn from me, and then you will find rest for your souls". Are you willing to learn from him? Two things he asks us to do. He says "take my yoke on you, grace and dying to self. Participating in his crucifixion, as it's no longer we who live, Messiah living in us. We're crucified with him and also learn from him. Learn what? Well, he is a gentle teacher, he won't condemn you if you're seeking him, and he will not destroy you if you desire his instruction and are seeking to walk it out. But you can't reject his teaching and still learn from him; can you? What is the new covenant anyway?
What is he teaching? Can you learn from his example or is his example useless to you because he is keeping the law? I think we're supposed to learn from his example; a disciple is not above his teacher. Jeremiah 6:16 stand in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where the good way is. Learn from Yahushua these old paths. Because the new covenant promises us, "this is the covenant I make with the house of Israel in those days" says Yahweh. "I will put my law. What law? Well, this is Jeremiah's day here; this is long before Yahushua was ever even born on the earth. So a lot a lot of what Jeremiah is talking about is the Torah the one given through Moshe. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. And I will be their Elohim and they shall be my people." For partakers of the new covenant.
You say you're a New Testament church, what you say? Okay. Ministers of the New Testament, you wanna say that, new covenant? Then I guess his law is in your mind, the Torah, the law of Yahweh is in your mind, in your heart. So, that must mean you know what they say "your word I have hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you". The law it being in your heart causes you to obey it. So are we refusing to learn from him by rejecting his law, the law of Yahweh, the example Yahushua? The law he is seeking to put in your heart is this ancient wisdom that grants you rest for your souls. Yes it's true New Testament also has wisdom, but we can't neglect anything that Yahweh has said. We live not by bread alone, but by every word that precedes out of the mouth of Yahweh, right? Every word. And Yahushua said, and then he said to them "therefore every scribe instructed concerning the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out his treasure things new and old". Both. You don't have to neglect one for the other. Yahushua can teach you new things by his spirit and by the things he proclaimed in what's called the New Testament, and that's all well and good and wonderful. But there are also some ancient things that are tremendously awesome as well. In fact, the Old Testament is the foundation of the New Testament. Our people act as if the law has no place in our conversion anymore; it's all about Yahushua and what he did. Scripture says the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple. If you're looking for wisdom in the information age, look in Yahweh's perfect law and you will find it. And it will bring you to a place where you're on your knees begging for the Messiah Yahushua to be in you. And therefore, it does have a place in converting your soul. A major problem today is that many are seeking the new to the neglect of the old or seeking the old to They are not scribes instructed concerning the the neglect of the new. kingdom. They want salvation, but wisdom they do not have. Modern Christianity says that; they know Yahushua converts the soul but aren't first willing to recognize their own need for Yahweh's wisdom. But before we can really appreciate the good news, we must first learn what the bad news is. Bad news is that; we're totally depraved; we're completely and totally helpless and clueless apart from the wisdom and salvation of Yahweh. We might know that we need salvation but the condition that led up to that point was our refusal to accept Yahweh's wisdom and instruction in our life. It was our rejection of his wisdom and his instruction that brought about our need for Yahushua the Messiah in our life. So along with our need for salvation, also comes a need for Yahweh's wisdom and instruction in our life. Too many people think that they can just say a few words, accept Messiah and that's it, and they are done. But his goodness leads us to repentance, do you not know? Do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of Elohim leads you to repentance? That means to turn away from the rejection of his wisdom and turn toward receiving his wisdom and his instruction in your life. Because the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul, it will teach you the right way to live. It's true, I think, my personal belief is; the law is not just what's in the Old Testament, the law is any instruction that comes from the mouth of Yahweh. Actually, the word "law" in the Hebrew is "Torah" it simply means "teaching and instruction". That's what it really means. Law is really a terrible translation.
Imagine that the instruction ended with Messiah, does that make any sense? Or the instruction of Yahweh has been abolished, does that make any sense? When you really translate the word "Torah" correctly what they are saying doesn't make any sense whatsoever. But I believe the New Testament portion of scriptures, also contain wisdom and they are also law. Because they are all part of Yahweh's teaching. But there is a whole world of wisdom in the first two-thirds of scripture that has been widely rejected, is outdated and old fashioned and just
plain old just old. But that's the foundation. Modern churches too often do disregard or ignore the Torah which is the foundation of the new. Preferring instead to primarily focus on Paul's letters which are actually only 5% of the bible by volume of words, Paul's letter, and 5%. And that's where they most of their time today most people. But when a disproportionate amount of attention and emphasis is placed on just 5% of the bible, you're going to have an unbalanced view of
Yahweh's word and his wisdom. Paul's primary mission was to teach us that the longsuffering of our master is salvation. It is what Yahushua did for us that bring us salvation. That was his primary revelation as Peter mentioned here as our beloved brother Paul according to the wisdom given to him has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things in which are some things hard to understand. Which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction as they do the rest of the scriptures? If they are not taught, they are not taught, not taught what? They are not taught, the teaching, the law, the teaching. They don't know the teaching, they don't know the law. And so they twist it to their own destruction, he said. Like they do the rest of scripture because they haven't been taught by the teaching. Have not received the wisdom of Yahweh. Yahweh gave Paul wisdom that Yahushua longsuffering is our salvation and Paul had that wisdom that was great. That's only 5% of the bible my friend. There is a whole 95% out there are waiting for you
to learn. Now if it was easy for Peter and people living in the 1st century did misunderstand Paul's letters, I'm sure it's a whole lot easier for us today to misunderstand Paul's letters. So we gotta be careful when we read it and make sure we are not misunderstanding it. Because we haven't been taught by the teaching,
the Torah. Hosiah Chapter 4 verse 6 says my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge. I hear lots of people quote this verse. And they'll say "well because you don't know the layers of conspiracy out there" or "because you don't know about this health message" or" this kind of food you're supposed to eat". All kinds of misuses of this particular passage. Will you please listen and read the whole thing for me? It says because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest. He is talking to the priests. Saying because you have forgotten the law of your Elohim. The teaching of your Elohim, you've forgotten his teaching, his wisdom, and his instruction. He says "well I'll forget your children. "How about that? Wow. Destroyed for lack of Yahweh's teaching of his law. The knowledge that they are missing is the law of Yahweh, that's the knowledge they are missing. So they rejected understanding and rejected wisdom. So our generation isn't the first one, I mean traditional Christianity wasn't the only ones who rejected Yahweh's instruction and teaching. It was going on back in Hosiah's days as well. So he says I" I reject you then and your children too'. Why did Yahushua say whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven?" Why? What are these commandments? Look at the context; he is talking about the law of Yahweh. After he said he didn't come to destroy, he came to fulfill it, to do it. Rejection instruction concerning the kingdom of Elohim. If you reject his teaching, his law, his instruction and just don't think that you're gonna get by because "oh I can be a least". If you're content with being least you've got a heart problem. You got a serious heart condition. If you're shooting for the least and you're just stubborn saying "I'm not going to keep and teach the commands" Remember, the least of the beasts was the serpent. The least in the future kingdom may be those who follow the serpent and therefore they are on the outside of the city. I'm not saying these things to condemn anybody, please understand me. I honestly believe that there are many people in traditional Christianity who have a sincere and genuine relationship with Yahushua our savior. I really believe that and that Yahweh loves them and if they died today, they would be found in his kingdom. I don't condemn. But I'm saying listen to the sound of the shofar, the sound of the trumpet, the trumpet call. What was going on the sound of the shofar? In the book of Exodus chapter 19:16 it came to pass the third day, that there was thundering and lightening's and a thick cloud on the mountain and the sound of the trumpet was very loud. So that the people in the camp trembled and Moshe brought the people out of the camp to meet with Elohim, and they stood at the foot of the mountain. And he ultimately gave them the Ten Commandments. Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke because Yahweh descended upon it in fire. It's smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked greatly. And when the blast of the trumpet sounded long and became louder and louder Moses spoke and Elohim answered him by voice. Then Yahweh came down upon Mount Sinai on top of the mountain. And Yahweh called Moses to the top of the mountain and Moses went up. It was pretty bold I'd say. He sounded the trumpet because it was time to come and hear the word, time to come and hear the Torah, the law of Yahweh. It's time that we hear the law of Yahweh, it's time.
The day will come in the future when the whole world will hear the law of Yahweh. When Yahushua comes back at the last trump. Isaiah 2 verses 3 through 4 many people shall come and say" come and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of Elohim of Jacob. He will teach us his ways and we shall walk in his paths". Why? For out of Zion shall go forth the Torah, the law and the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations and rebuke many people. They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation; neither shall they learn war any more. This is also a futuristic prophet, that's our future. The Torah is everywhere you're going to be, get used to it. That's why there are scriptures that talk about feast keeping and one new moon to another, one Sabbath to another we will all come and worship before him. Isaiah 66:23, Zachariah 14 because we are all gonna hear the word of Yahweh and we are going to do it. We are, we're gonna do it, it's gonna be awesome, it's gonna be a wonderful thing, a wonderful time. And so we got all this knowledge out there today in the quote "Information Age". And there is only one book out of the 4500 trips to the sun stack of book that matters. And that's the knowledge of Yahweh. For there was no one like Yahweh, there is none besides you. Nor is there any rock like our Elohim 1 Samuel 2 verse 2 through 3. "Talk no more so very proudly, let no arrogance come from your mouth, for Yahweh is the Elohim of knowledge and by him, actions are weighed." Our
people seeking knowledge over a whole lot of things, but who will seek wisdom? Seeking his wisdom will give us better information than any internet search for anything could possibly yield. He says "talk no more so very proudly" because knowledge puffs up. Love that advice. The purpose of all the wisdom Yahweh gives is that we would walk in love, that's the purpose of it, that's the idea behind it, that's the goal of it. So who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by what? Good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above but is earthly, sensual and demonic. We don't want earthly, sensual, demonic wisdom, do we? See there is a wisdom that descends or is on the earth today. Sensual, demonic, bitter envy, self-seeking, boasting and lying that's not from above. The wisdom from above is different. Where envy and self-seeking exists confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above its first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of
mercy and good fruits without partiality. And without hypocrisy. Now that's wisdom. The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. So you're listening for the voice of wisdom, you want to know where it can be found. Listen for peaceableness, gentleness, mercy, the lack of hypocrisy, someone being filled with good fruits not being partial. Just the fruit of righteousness being sown in peace. Now many times we think it's our own voice, the loudness of our voice in the anger, in the wrath of man is gonna produce the righteousness of Elohim in the heart another person. Maybe we think by yelling at one another, we're going to impart wisdom, but that's self-seeking and confusion. The wisdom that comes from Yahweh, if you want it to go out to somebody else that must be sown, sown in peace. And then you will make peace with that person and their maker. Not through carnal arguments in the dates, meekness of wisdom, peaceableness.
Something we all need to learn from including myself. Do you know how the clouds are balanced, those
wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge? I love this, the scripture here says in Job 37:16 Yahweh is perfect in knowledge. Psalm 147:5 says great is our master and mighty in power, his understanding is infinite. What's infinite? Infinite is there is no end to it. In other words, it would be impossible for Yahweh to teach you everything he knows and ever come to an end teaching what he knows.
It's almost unfathomable to my finite brain. Because it has a certain capacity and that's it. But Yahweh doesn't have an end to this capacity for understanding, it's infinite. So you are looking for information in the Information Age. Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting Elohim, Yahweh, The Creator of the ends of the earth. Neither faints nor weary. His understanding is un searchable. There is no end to his understanding and therefore you couldn't search it all out and find it all. That's what he's saying here, Isaiah 40 verse 28. You'll never find the end of it. Romans 11:33 Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of Elohim. How unsearchable are his judgments and his ways past finding out.
You'll never find the end but he wants you to learn from him. Because he knows you, he knows you backward and forwards. Psalm 139, O Yahweh you have searched me and known me. You know my sitting down and my rising up, you understand my thought afar off. You comprehend my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue but behold O Yahweh you know it altogether. You have hedged me behind and before and laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, it is high I cannot attain it. There is no way you could exhaust his understanding. And so if you're looking for understanding, if you're looking for understanding, if you're looking for wisdom; go to the Elohim of knowledge the one who is unsearchable. You'd never find the end of it.
He I not only wise but he is in control of gets his wisdom and when. Daniel 2:20 says Daniel answered and said "blessed be the name of Elohim forever and ever, for wisdom and might are his. And he changes the times and seasons and removes kings and raises up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. If someone has any wisdom and someone has any knowledge, true wisdom, holy wisdom, pure wisdom that's from Yahweh. He reveals deep and secret things, he knows what is in the darkness and the light dwells in him. So if you're looking for the deep and secret things, go to him. Because happy is the man who finds wisdom, Proverbs 3:13 and the man who gains understanding. For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver and her gain than fine gold. She is more precious than rubies and all the things you may desire cannot compare with her. Who is her? Wisdom personified. So in the midst of our prosperity doctrine totting preachers, the true prosperity is gaining a big old pile of Yahweh's wisdom. That would be more precious than any rubies and of the things that you desire, they cannot be compared possibly with the wisdom of Yahweh. The length of days that means long life is in her right hand, in her left hand riches and honor. Seek first the kingdom and Yahweh's righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her. And happy are all who retain her. Yahweh by wisdom founded the earth, by understanding, he established the heavens. So long before there was ever a heaven on earth, there was wisdom. Before Genesis 1:1 there was wisdom. Proverbs 4: 5 get wisdom, get understanding. Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you, love here and she will keep you. Wisdom is the principal thing. Wisdom is the principal thing. Therefore get wisdom and in all your getting, get understanding. Our days are numbered on the earth and the only thing that's going to matter is whether or not you applied your heart to seek Yahweh's wisdom. Information on how to build something, or do something, what's that gonna matter in 6 trillion years, really, and through eternity? What's gonna matter is whether you sought the wisdom of Yahweh. So teach us to number our day we say to Yahweh. That we may apply our hearts to wisdom because our time here is limited. let's spend those days applying our hearts to wisdom because there are many people living today as though life is just gonna go on forever. Any prosperity you know it is gonna kind of go on forever. And people are concerned about the President and how much prosperity he is going to bring this nation. These are concerned about the economy and maybe the next president will bring more hope for the future. Your days are numbered, my friend. Your time is short; apply your heart to understand how frail you are. And seek wisdom; apply your heart to wisdom. Let Yahweh's wisdom be your guide into the eternal things. And so wisdom calls aloud, she raises her voice in the open squares. She cries out in the chief concourses, at the openings of the gates of the city, she speaks her words. "How long you simple ones, will you love simplicity?
For scorners delight in their scorning, they love to mock. And fools hate knowledge. Turn at my rebuke, surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you. Because I have called and you refused. I have stretched out my hand and no one regarded. Because you disdained all my counsel and would have none of my rebuke. I also laugh at your calamity, I will mock when your fear comes, and your terror comes. When your terror comes like a storm and your destruction comes like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you. Then they will call on me but I will not answer. They will seek me diligently but they will not find me. blasphemed the Holy Spirit. Because they hated knowledge and did not choose the fear of Yahweh. They would have none of my counsel and despised my every rebuke. Sometimes, brothers, the window of opportunity to seek wisdom in the fear of Elohim is limited. We have the opportunity today. The people of Messiah's day they wondered about Yahushua" where did he get all this wisdom? Where did he get that?" they couldn't figure it out. He didn't go to any of the rabinical schools, where did he learn that, where did he get it? They wanted to know. He had come to his own country, he taught them in the synagogue so that they were astonished and said "where did this man get this wisdom and these mighty works?
Then they saw the boldness of peter and John in the book of Acts. And perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Yahushua. I like that. Untrained, uneducated, maybe didn't have all the information available in that time period, but what they had was wisdom. Wisdom that's what they had. People as me sometimes, "what seminary did you go to?" , "what bible college did you go to? Did you go to Bible College? Do you have a doctorate? Do you have a degree? Do you have this?" Nothing, high school education.
Doesn't matter, I'm not saying it's all about that, but I wonder if the same energy people pour into their earthly schools, we poured into being schooled by the spirit of the living Elohim. And being schooled by Yahweh himself, be a whole lot better off. For Yahweh gives wisdom, I didn't get from myself. None of us get it from yourself. In fact, I don't know anything yet. I'm just sharing what the scriptures say here, that's my source. I'm wielding the sword. From Yahweh's mouth came knowledge and understanding. He stores up sound wisdom for the upright, he is a shield to those who walk uprightly. See he wants us to have it. In fact, he doesn't even need me. Do you know that? 1 John 2:27 but the anointing which you have received from him abides in you and you do not need that anyone teach you, but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things and is true and is not a lie and just as it has taught you, you will abide in him. You really don't even need me, really to teach you anything. Seek it yourself find it out. I think you will find pretty much somewhat of what I have found. But you don't need me. Now it's true Yahweh has placed people in the body of Messiah to be teachers and to teach and there is nothing wrong with that. But it's the spirit you need to instruct you, to lead you. Spirit speaks through the scriptures and the spirit speaks to us directly. But the spirit that speaks through the scriptures will never contradict that which is spoken to us directly. And that which is spoken to us directly will never contradict that which written in the scriptures. There are too many people thinking that they are following the spirit but it's not according to scriptures. Yahweh does not contradict himself and so it cannot be if what you think you're getting from Yahweh's spirit is contrary to the word of Elohim, it cannot be from the spirit of Elohim.
And so when the enemy comes against you and tries to attack you and teach you his doctrines Yahushua says " I will like to give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist" That actually happened in the book of Acts. Acts 6:9 says then there arose some from what is called the Synagogue of the Freedmen ( Cyrenians, Alexandrians and those of Cilicia and Asia) disputing with Stephen. And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spoke. And so they just rather than humbling themselves they tried to kill the messenger. Secretly induced men to say, " We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moshe and Elohim."
Couldn't resist him and what he had to say, so they tried to fight the messenger. They stirred up the people, the elders, the scribes and they came upon him seized him and brought him to the council, they also set up false witnesses who said, " This man does not cease to speak blasphemous words against this holy place and law. For we have heard him say this Yahushua of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the customs which Moshe delivered to us." Did you catch that? These men were what? False witnesses, they are false. Stephen never spoke a blasphemous word against the holy place, he never spoke against the law, the teaching. And he never changed anything that was given from Moshe, didn't change a single thing. Because they were false witnesses.
So the idea that in the New Testament it's out with the old, has been abolished, has been set aside, don't do it anymore. You're agreeing with these false witnesses and you are speaking against the apostles. I didn't write the mail, it's what it says here.
Now we are challenged to seek wisdom. If we are challenged to desire it where does that come from, how can we obtain it? You have to have fertile soil, your heart has to be
prepared to receive the word. And so you can read the bible a thousand times and if it's just some novel or some story book and not something that you are reading to see what you need to change in your heart by the fear of Elohim. You're missing its purpose. These things are examples, things that we need to listen to and we need to heed and we need to pay attention. So that we can make changes in any areas where we need to change. Or our heart is not in line with the will of Yahweh. And so it all starts with the fear of Yahweh. The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom.
You can't even get to step one unless you got this
right here, the fear of Yahweh. A good understanding have all those who do his commandments. His praise endures forever. So the fear of Yahweh is just the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction. You start with the fear of Yahweh and so, therefore, you depart from evil. But you do not gain understanding until you choose to walk in the wisdom given to him.
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom proverbs 9:10 and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. To know about Yahweh is to have understanding. Job 28:28 and to, and he said, " behold, the fear of Yahweh that is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding". See you have the wisdom but you also need the
understanding to apply that wisdom. James 1:5 says if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of Elohim who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him. Now ask him if you feel like you need wisdom in a situation ask him. And don't doubt, ask in faith with no doubting. For he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Where the wind blows, there you go, you're not solid, you're not anchored by the word if Elohim. For let, not that man supposes that he will receive anything from Yahweh; he is double minded unstable in all his ways. Double-minded. Why double minded? On one hand you're asking for wisdom that's one mind and on the other hand, you don't believe you're gonna get it. If you don't believe you're gonna get it why do you ask? It's being double minded. So let's seek it, let's ask him for and believe what we are receiving and wait for it. It will be in his time, not yours, in his time.
be like the Psalmist who said in Psalm 119:169 let my cry come before you, O Yahweh; give me understanding according to your word. Seek it because the reality is wisdom is already calling out to you. Proverbs 1 through 4 does not wisdom cry out and understanding lift up her voice? She takes the stand at the top of the high hill beside the way where the paths meet. She cries out by the gates at the entry of the city at the entrance of the doors. "To you O men I call, and my voice is to sons of men." O you simple ones understand prudence and you fools be of an understanding heart. Listen for I will speak of excellent things and from the opening of my lips will come rights things. For my mouth will speak truth, wickedness is and an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are with righteousness, nothing crooked or perverse is in them. But you gotta look for it in which she calls out to you something that is not particularly comforting to your flesh. You gotta accept it. If you cry out for discernment, lift up your voice for understanding. If you seek her as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures. Then you will understand the fear of Yahweh and find the knowledge of Elohim. For Yahweh gives wisdom from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. You're looking for wisdom here is the pathway right here. He stores up sound wisdom from the upright, he is a shield to those who walk uprightly. He guards the paths of justice and preserves the way of his saints. Then you will understand righteousness and justice, equity and every good path. When wisdom enters your heart and knowledge is pleasant to your soul, discretion will preserve you, understanding will keep you. To deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perverse things. Lots of perverse things in this information age, spoken by man. From those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness. Who rejoice in doing evil and delight in the perversity of the wicked.
Whose ways are crooked and who are devious in their paths. So you're looking to be among those who are not deceived. We have to accept the wisdom of Yahweh, stay humble when we do receive it. And I tell you what? That's one of the most important things. Suppose Yahweh looked upon us with favor and imparted some kind of wisdom to us and we refused to walk in the meekness of wisdom toward others. We could find ourselves stunted in our spiritual
growth. You know that's what happened to all those denominations introduced on Christianity. They became stunted in their spiritual growth because they refused to walk in meekness and acknowledge they could be wrong about something. And since they have stopped believing they were wrong about anything, their spiritual growth was stunted. Now if you're looking for light and you receive light, walk in the light he gives you. Take a step it may not be a flashlight, it may not show what's 50 steps ahead of you or 10 steps ahead of you. The word is a lamp, a lamp only kind of shines a few steps ahead. That's it, maybe one step or two. Walk and when you move forward in that walk the lamp will shine ahead another step. I know how it is, we want the flashlight, don't we? We want the spotlight. You don't always get that. But walk in the light he gives you and more darkness will be eliminated. And you'll know what to do next. But denominationalism you have the final truth here, a little truth there, something a little different than the next guy you know. And they hold up that little beautiful piece of T-bone steak and think they have the whole cow. They say " oh we found the truth, come to us, and
come to our denomination". They assume they have found everything that was needed. Except their elders, their hierarchy, their denominational organizations and now they are stuck. They can't grow anymore, they change the whole things comes falling down like a house of cards. It's set up to keep everything the same and no change when new things are illuminated when new wisdom is revealed. And so they are stunted and they are stuck where they are. And they talk about that T-bone all the time. They talk about how beautiful that piece of steak is and how wonderful it is to know about that piece of the bone steak. And how great it tastes. There is a whole other world of things that they don't know. They think they've got it now. They think they know everything now. 1 Corinthians 8:2 says if anyone thinks he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. But anyone loves Elohim, this one is known by him. He doesn't know anything. You think you know everything, if you think you know it, you don't know it. Because that means you're not being humble about it. Because his understanding is infinite, his ways are unsearchable. You could never find the end of it and go "Oh, I'm done". Even in the ages to come, when you finally see his face and the hour of prayer is no more because you won't need the hour of prayer anymore. You just talk to him and listen. His understanding is infinite, there is no end to it. You won't possibly have exhausted after hearing it for 85 trillion years. You would have only scratched the surface of what he knows. So the goal isn't that you know everything, although it's wonderful to know lots of things. And the more you know the more blessed you can be by that wisdom, but the goal is not what you know, It's who knows you. And whether or not he knows you is entirely dependent upon whether you love him. If you love him you're gonna seek wisdom, if you love him you're gonna try to walk out that wisdom. If you love him you're gonna stay humble, realizing that he has more wisdom to teach you. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear Yahweh and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh and strength to your bones. But denominationalism says "we're already wise we've gained the wisdom we needed." They are wise in their own eyes. They don't realize that they are acting in that way perhaps, but that's what they are saying. Isaiah 5:21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and prudent in their own sight. Wow. Proverbs 26:12 do you see a man wise in his own
eyes? Tell you what? There is more hope for a fool than for him. He is done seeking, he thinks he is wise enough.
More hope for a fool, listen to all the proverbs talking about the fool, the fool this, the fool that. The wise man, the fool, and the fool. There is actually two people who are in a worse condition than a fool and one of them is wise in his own eyes, he is worse condition than the fool.
And Paul warned the assemblies about their hardiness and being wise in their own conceit. Romans 11:13 says I speak to you Gentiles in as much as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify the ministry. If by any means I may provoke ton jealousy those who are my flesh and save them. His whole goal in reaching out to the Gentiles, was so that he would provoke them to jealousy and they would come to know Yahushua. He says, for if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, that means they having rejected Messiah resulted in the whole world being reconciled. What if they accepted Yahushua? It would be like life from the dead. It would be an awesome time. He is calling those who are Gentiles to provoke them to jealousy. Let me ask you a question, I have a question.
Tell me what is it about Santa Claus that provokes the Jewish man to jealousy, about the Easter Bunny? About your rejection of the Shabbat and their rejection of the biblical holidays in favor of the pagan rooted holidays? What is about your ham sandwich that provokes them to jealousy? And your barbecue pork roast every once a year on Sabbath, in rummage sales? Nothing. And there they are so badly in need of a savior.
For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy and if the root is holy so are the branches. And some of the branches were broken off and you being a wild olive tree were grafted among them and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree. With them it says. Among Israel. Do not boast against the branches.
But if you do boast remember that you do not support the root, the root supports you. The boasting against the branches, the arrogance, and hardiness of traditional Christianity has yielded a rejection of the law of Yahweh. Protestant Reformation movement did not fathom that they would have anything to do with Hebrew roots. Anything to do with Jewish people. Constantine he actually " I want to have nothing in common with those Jewish people", nothing. And Martin Luther was the worst, he hated the Jews. Look up his book called The Jews and their lies.
He advocated destroying them. He says, " We're at fault for not destroying them". And Hitler quoted him often. You will say then: branches were broken off that I might be grafted in." Well said. Because of unbelief, they were broken off and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. Fear, don't be wise in your own eyes and don't be arrogant. Fear don't boast against the branches. For Elohim did not spare the natural branches, he may not spare you either. He warned them, he warned them and warned them. It says, therefore, consider goodness and severity of Elohim: on those who fell, severity but toward you goodness, if you continue in his goodness. If you continue in his goodness if you continue in his goodness. The Torah, otherwise you also will be cut off. And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief will be grafted in for Elohim is able to graft them in again. Now I'm not saying that because you don't keep the Sabbath or like the things that I understand that somehow you are cut off. The difference between willful rejection of the word of Yahweh and just don't know any better. We have inherited lies, but we need to sort through them and love and seek the truth. For if you were cut off of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches be grafted into their own olive tree? So it's gonna happen, they are going to come back, they are going to come to understand Yahushua is the Messiah. They are gonna look upon him who they pierced and they are going to mourn. And I can see the evidence already. When I went to Israel a few years ago back in 2009, I didn't come to them with an arrogant heart. I came to them in peace as one keeping Torah but also receiving Messiah and they saw the tassels hanging from my garment and they realized I believed in Torah. But I did not have the Kipa on my head and they were curious about my faith. When they asked questions I presented Yahushua to them because I told them I believed in him and that I don't believe he ever did away with the Torah. Many of them did not disagree with me, they believed I was telling the truth. I told them I don't do the pagan holidays; Christmas and Easter. But you know they have been presented with a messiah who wears a Toga and the sun just behind his head and some comely looking blue eyed Greek sort of god. And rather than the anointing of Yahweh who had no beauty, we should desire him. Who upheld the Torah, magnified the law and made it honorable and he saw they have not only heard of him, who he is all about. They need to hear it and we brothers and sisters Torah observant believers in Yahushua are called to provoke them to jealousy. We're the bearers of that message, we understand that. We'd be sounding the trumpet. So let's not be wise in our own opinions.
Roman 11:25 for I do not desire brethren that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion., that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. I'm thinking that we are near this or in this time because Jerusalem it says we trampled the Gentiles until the time the Gentiles have fulfilled. We're now in a time where Israel is going to receive him. They are already starting to. Did you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him. Remember that. So where can we receive the wisdom? If you continue in the things you've learned and been assured of knowing from whom you have learned them 2 Timothy 3:14. That from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise making you wise is simple, love Yahweh is. Perfect Right? For salvation through faith which is in Messiah Yahushua. All scripture is given by inspiration of Elohim and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction on righteousness. That the man of Elohim may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good. Work. There you go, thoroughly equipped. Didn't say all, some scriptures is given but all scripture is what? Profitable for what? For doctrine, reproof, correction, instruction and righteousness. So if I bring up an old Testament Verse as instruction in righteousness as someone says " no that's just the old testament". They are making Paul's words here of no effect. They say, " Oh that's just the Old Testament, we don't have to do that,". Is making Paul's words of no effect, what he said, all scripture is good for instruction and righteousness and for doctrine. They are actually rejecting Paul's words, his writings here, what he is saying there. So if the Torah was able to make Timothy wise for salvation through faith which is in Messiah Yahushua, I guess it could probably do that for you too. I think so. Deuteronomy 4:5 says surely I have taught you statutes and judgments, just as Yahweh my Elohim commanded me that you should act according to them in the land which you go to possess. " Therefore be careful to observe them, for this is, this is, your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say " surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people". Can you say that? Is the law of Yahweh your wisdom? Is the Torah your wisdom? Is the instruction of Yahweh your wisdom? Some of those who are wise in their own conceit think the wisdom of Yahweh has been abolished. Imagine that, Yahweh's wisdom being abolished. Doesn't make any sense, does it? The psalmist cries out how sweet are your words to my taste psalm 119: 103 through 104. Sweeter than honey to my mouth. Through your precepts I get understanding, therefore I hate every false way.
Remember, yes the long-suffering of our master is salvation. That wisdom Paul gave us but there is also a foundation of being taught, a danger of being untaught by the Torah, by the teaching. And some think I'm the one twisting things. Please pray tell where in scripture it says "depart from you commandment keepers into the lake of fire you go. How dare you observe my commandments ?" It doesn't say that. We're not the ones twisting anything. Saying "let's obey Yahweh's voice and put our faith in Yahushua for our righteousness." the law of Yahweh is perfect, converting the soul, the testimony of Yahweh is sure making wise the simple. The statutes of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. The judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous
altogether. Beautiful, beautiful words. More to be desired are they than gold. Yeah than much fine gold; sweeter than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover, by them, your servant is warned and in keeping them there is a great reward. I believe that, in keeping them, there is a great
reward. Do you believe that? Have you been taught that's not true? I don't believe that in keeping them there is a great lake of fire waiting for me because I twisted Paul's letters. I believe in keeping them, there is a great reward like Yahushua says. Great are those who teach and do the commands. I'm not saying that my law-keeping saves me, I'm not saying that I can get righteousness from myself and I can stand before Yahweh on judgment day and say" look I kept your law, therefore I deserve to go into your kingdom". No, I'm gonna say " I haven't kept your law, but Yahushua he said that ' all my unrighteousness, all my iniquity was laid on him' and therefore I put my trust in that promise. Where I failed to keep your word I believe Yahushua did that for me. But I also believe I did need to repent away from the things I knew were wrong and I sought your commands, I sought your ways". So ultimately it's not my righteousness that saves me, it's Yahushua righteousness. Too many people have this mentality that if you start keeping commandments that are certain select ones somehow you are rejecting the messiah. I'm confident that the books speak one message, one consistent message from Genesis to Revelation, one consistent message. One cohesive, sweet, beautiful, unified word of truth and wisdom. And I say. Let's listen to the sound of the trumpet, let's not say we will not walk in it, we will not listen. Let's say I want to hear your words, I want your wisdom, and I look forward to that trumpet call.
When all nations will gather in one place and receive your wisdom. Are ready for this time?
You through your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients because I keep your precepts. You gotta keep them to understand anything. You ever had that before? You are looking at a commandment and you are "why does he tell us to do this? What's ..." Okay you know don't mix the threads, all right. Don't do this. We don't have to understand, but when you actually walk it out, then you kind of go " oh well I see why you told me to do that. That makes sense. Get understanding, Be doers of the word and not hearers only deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in the mirror. For he observes himself, goes away and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work this one will be blessed in what he does. You want to be blessed? Looking for a blessing of Yahweh? Look at the perfect law, the law of Yahweh is perfect and continue in it. It will free you from the life of sin. Through the spirit of living Elohim dwelling in you empower you to walk in righteousness. So that you can be a doer and not just a hearer.
I'm not saying you're gonna change overnight, I certainly haven't. I got some changing to do still. But we want to abide in Yahushua's words. Do you know what the word disciples means? It means taught ones. You're Yahushua's taught ones, you've learned from him who is meek and lowly of heart, you've found rest for your souls because you received eternal life and your soul is now saved. If you were to die today, your soul would be saved. In your learning how to walk uprightly, you're being his disciple, you're being taught, you're learning. And when you abide in the word, that's when you're the one really learning and getting understanding and knowing the truth. And then you will be free. So many quotes this verse and they don't know what its talking about. When you abide in his word, that's the Torah, the teaching, then you are gonna be his taught one and then you're going to know the truth. And then you will made free. It's and ongoing process. The path of the just is like the shining sun Proverbs 4:18. That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. Day by day, step by step, life with the Messiah.
The way of the wicked is like darkness, they do not know what makes them stumble. They are stumbling around but they don't know why. They try to find answers, they look to politicians, they look to technology, they look to man's wisdom. When they don't even realize there is one book out of the 4500 stacks of books going from the earth
to the sun that they really need. And so don't practice what they hear when they hear Yahweh's wisdom and don't listen and they don't know what makes them stumble. They have no idea they are clueless. If they tried to, Yahweh is just gonna say to them " what right have you to declare my statutes or to take my covenant in your mouth. Seeing you hate instruction and cast my words behind you?" You gotta be a doer, not just a hearer. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in meekness of wisdom. So you're looking for wisdom. Yahushua says whoever hears these sayings of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended the floods came and the winds blew and beat on that boat house, and did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. What's the rock? The one hearing Yahushua's words and doing them. Being a hearer and a doer. Did you know he is not just the word in the book of Matthew, Luke, and John? he is the word in 1 Peter, he is the word in James and you know he is the word also in Jeremiah, Isaiah, The Psalms, The Proverbs and yes Leviticus also and Deuteronomy and Exodus and Genesis. You're going to hear them and do them you'll be a wise man who built his house on the rock. And when trouble, this rain comes flying down, you're gonna stand. Not gonna fall. But the same rain that feeds the heart of the righteous will destroy the weakened. Everyone who hears these sayings of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain descended, the floods came and the winds blew and beat on that house and it fell. And great was its fall. They hearer and not the doer. They hear, they don't do, so the rain came, the
great tribulation comes. I smell a rain coming, how about you?
Same rain washing away the houses of fools who are wise in their own conceit, filled with the knowledge worldly wisdom, resultantly going to fill the disciples of Yahushua with his spirit. May Yahweh help us to be wise men building our house on the rock. Because there is a war going on, this past year you have seen it more than ever. There is a war going on, it's a war, a greater war. Light is gonna hit darkness and something is gonna have to move somewhere. right? And we need to fill our minds now with the wisdom of Yahweh so that when they take the bibles from your hands during the years of drought. They can't take away what you stored in your hearts during the years of plenty. Let's be like Joseph and store up the grain, so
that when the drought comes, were still fed.
Amos 8:11 says "behold the days are coming, " says master Yahweh, " that I will send the famine on the land, not a famine of bread nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Yahweh." Spiritual preparation is what we need to focus on during these years of plenty. As we gain wisdom we will know how to wage a spiritual war . as we take counsel together in his word, let's reject the influences of this age. And not even desire to be with them or a part of them. and fill our minds with the wisdom of Yahweh so that we will be strong.
Proverbs 24; 1 through 4 do not be envious of evil men, nor desire to be with them, For their heart devises violence and their lips talk of trouble making. Through wisdom, a house is built and by understanding it is established. By knowledge, the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. Scripture says that a wise man is strong, a wise man is strong. yes, a man of knowledge increases by strength. For by wise counsel you will wage your own war. If you want to defeat the enemy looking to destroy your heart, you're gonna need wise counsel. and in a multitude of counselors, there is safety. That's why Yahweh put teachers in the body of the Messiah, multitude of counselors. We will be increases in strength and we will wage the war and we will defeat the enemy, we will overcome by the power of his spirit which his written to our hearts, the law of Yahweh. We will not envy the wicked and we will walk in wisdom. Not the wisdom of the world. Ecclesiastes 12: 22 and further my son be admonished by these of making many books, there is no end. And he was right t about that. Much study is wearisome on the flesh. I agree it is. Let's hear the conclusion then of the whole matter. Fear Elohim and keep his commandments, for this is man's all. For Elohim will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing. whether good or evil. And that's the bottom-line. Brothers, sisters seek the wisdom of Yahweh, let the
Word of Messiah dwell in you richly Colossians 3: 16 in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with force in your hearts to master. And whatever you do in word or deed , do all in the name of master Yahushua. The true name of our savior. Giving thanks to Elohim the father through him. It does not say the lord Jesus Christ as originally penned by Paul. The master Yahushua, the one who is the same yesterday, today and forever let's allow his sword to dwell in us so richly. Then the promise of the new covenant which is the law of Yahweh being placed in our hearts and written there becomes a reality as the law of Yahweh is dwelling in us richly. And so in this age of information, the most important information of all are words of life, coming from the mouth of Yahweh. That's what we need to be seeking. Not the other stuff, oh it can be interesting, pay attention. It will provide a context to help you understand what's going on right now in the world. Yahweh in this generation is giving us unprecedented access to his holy words. Go search out on the few buttons on your phone. A few clicks of a mouse you can find and nearly unlimited number of people out there teaching the scriptures. Some good, some bad and some ugly. but take advantage of your advantages, get familiar with the word of Yahweh. If you already know it backward and forwards.
Yahweh is giving you the opportunity to do that. And if you don't really like reading the bible, maybe because you lack the Yahushua . because he is the living flesh and dwelled among us. Don t be the other things that are choking out the word because it's so pleasing to the flesh. Be the spiritually minded one, be fruitful as he wants you to be. Abide in him, ask Yahweh to cleanse your heart and give you holy desires for your words. Like Jeremiah, your words were found and I ate them. and your work was to be the joy and rejoicing of my heart. For I am called by your name O Yahweh Elohim of hosts. Oh to be called by his name. Is this you? I hope so. you probably wouldn't be listening to this study today if it wasn't ... Be like the wise virgins who had enough oil to get them through the darkness of the night because the night will come, where no man can work. It is the spirit that gives life, do you know that? The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit Yahushua said. They are spirit and they are life. The words the world may speak there is no life in it. the words Yahushua speaks, the words Yahweh speaks there is life in it. The doctrines of demons there is no light in it, the doctrines of Yahweh there is life in it. So who are you listening to? Garbage in, garbage out. Yahushua is the living word both Old and New testament. let's hear the sound of the trumpet and take heed to yourselves. Luke 21:34 lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life. everyone looks the drunk part but they don't think "O what about the cares of this life?" That's the big one right now. And that day come upon you unexpectedly. For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch therefore and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the son of man. Let's seek the place of rest for our weary souls because all flesh is grass. And all the glory of the man as the flower of the grass. the grass withers and its flower falls away. But the word of Yahweh endures forever. And only in Yahweh will we endure forever.
Because the world is passing away and the lust
of it, but he who does the will of Elohim abides forever. So if his word is in you and Yahushua is manifesting his life through you, you will
abide forever. let's pray O Yahweh in Yahushua's name, Kadosh, Kadosh, Kadosh. Be your awesome name, be your awesome word. o father, we desire that kingdom when the word of Yahweh will go from Jerusalem feeding people with your great wisdom. father Yahweh between now and that time, reveal to us the work that you have for us to do. Establish your word and your will in our life. Fill us with abundant provisions, spiritually and physically. Forgive us father Yahweh where we have not delighted in your word and in your promises and we have delighted in the things that are not of you. Delighting in the flesh rather than in the spirit. Grant us we pray, your wisdom. Wisdom to wage our own war with success, wisdom to defeat the enemy by the power of your spirit dwelling in us. Guard us against temptation, cause righteousness to flow, cause your body of Messiah to manifest the Messiah. That all people might know, there is an Elohim
in Israel. For truly yours is the kingdom and power and glory and majesty and truly all praise, honor, and worship belongs to you Yahweh, Elohim. Yahweh our mighty one, Yahweh Malkeinu, Yahweh our king. Forever and ever, in Yahushua's name amein.
