The Danger of Pride - Study

Pride, it can have an impact on our salvation.
It can have a negative impact upon our life as
Yahweh continually humbles us because of prideful judgments or exalting ourselves in different ways. And - and so we need to - we need to continually be reminded of this, actually I shared a study like this about four some - four and half years ago somewhere around there. And - and I thought you know I am going to be talking about the topic of modesty and dress in our next broadcast and it seems like so much about modesty and dress. We - we really need to have a sensitivity to the danger of pride and so as I wrote, actually I began
writing the study on modesty and dress two or
three weeks ago and I'm still working through it and I'm almost ready. But there was another aspect I wanted to make sure I covered significantly enough to where, hopefully can resolve some of the issues in the body of Messiah which I see is very significant. But the danger of pride, I mean he talk about something that likes to hide itself and hides itself so fairy well can very difficult that it tacked even in our own heart, if we're not diligent to try to seek it out and try to find where it might exist. More of like yeast, yeast is invisible but you see the effects right. One of the yeast when the bread rises and - so I think a lot of sand is rooted in pride. But we're going to look at that as we go through the scriptures together. You know maybe you have areas of your life you always try to show you something. But you can't because it's pride. Yahweh is right there, Yahweh is trying to show me something I can't see it because of pride and Yahweh is trying to shine the light in some dark part of our heart. But we're just actually too proud to even realize it and even look for it or care about at or even acknowledge it and so you know maybe we're afraid what others will do, what others will say if we have to change this part about us or that part about us. You know what will the neighbors think? What will my parents or my friends or my children or whoever think? If I was to do this and therefore, that particular doctrine cannot be true Tom, that can't be true because it would affect me too negatively and as what's really in the heart. But you don't even realize it.
You don't realize it.
o we've got to look at Yahweh's word in be completely sold out and say you know what it's not really worth it just to ignore that scripture over there keeps nagging at me you know, because that's
what's going to be our judge in the final day.
And if we have pride going on in our hearts, things happening in our lives where you know we're afraid of doing something that the scriptures tell us to do, Yahweh sure says there he's going to be ashamed of us because we're ashamed of him. So we have to live the repentant lifestyle. We have to be among those who hunger and thirst for righteousness. And so we have to be careful that once we find
something, that the finger doesn't come out and start
pointing. Because there's what three pointing back at us right? Fingers pointed out somebody else and accusing them of things that may not even be true. Maybe it was true for us, but maybe it's not true for them or we see ourselves as being superior because we do accept some kind of truth somewhere that other people don't yet realize. So you may have a truth somewhere and Yahweh in heaven sees somebody else that has a different truth that you don't have. And you're laughing at the other person for their lack of knowledge. And they're laughing at you for your lack of knowledge. And you both have lack - so you both lack knowledge and you both have pride Yahweh resist the proud, he doesn't want to show you any new truth. You may fall into error. So there's all kinds of little nooks and crannies [chuckles] where hot you know pride step stashes itself in our hearts. And that's to danger of denominationalism during the broadcast this morning I got - I got a visit from people from a particular denomination, and a domination itself believes they have all the truth. They think there's nothing else to learn there is - or you know they're resistant to changing anything that would rock the boat. And so they think they've arrived. ther people say, "Go to my church. Not a part of our church, our fellowship, you're not his." Because his people are supposed to do this and you're not doing that. It's all pride. I say you know what? Forget the denominations forget the organizations whatever they're doing they found some truth. Hey great, you know but there's more, I know there's more that I have yet to discover, that you have yet to discover that we need to illuminate into own hearts. Maybe not even doctrines and we got our doctrines pretty much ninety somehow percent, okay. But maybe some truth about our own selves, something we thought was true about ourselves that really isn't true about ourselves. Maybe something Yahweh sees in our heart is not good. And so we want to continually ask him, what areas of my life Yahweh do you want me to change? What do I need to change to be more like the manifestation of Yeshua that I'm called to be? The Pride is the biggest barrier in many cases.
Very elusive, very hidden but it's almost everywhere
man is everywhere carnal man is. o I want to start off by saying I myself continually learn, and Yahweh shows me often little things I do. I don't even realize that I have a pride motivation there. I'm not claiming to be one who is completely arrived, but particularly in the area of pride because there are things just over time, little things during conversations or during things happening around me there's a danger, especially when it comes to being patient with others who are manifesting
things that I know are not good.
I have to be careful that I treat them gently, and not arrogantly or - or prideful. So Yahweh show me on my own walk I have things I know he wants me to purge out. And amount of time I think I got somewhere else [chuckles] so he shows me something else. But I don't want to teach this message and not being guilty of hypocrisy, so I'm saying this so I can come alongside you as your brother in the faith and say, 'Hey, look we all got some overcoming to do and here's some things I've found that I think we really need to look at." So let's look at the Scriptures. Let's see what they teach us. And let's pray, pray, pray. Yahweh opens our minds and our hearts to seeing our own pride father Yahweh and Yahweh shows deem. "Father Yahweh, we come before you, we want to be humble and meek people and we pray, you would open our eyes. To see any pride in our own hearts, any little motivations or things about us in our - in our minds that we become arrogant or prideful as I as I read the Scriptures today. I pray you would bring conviction toward any who have this element of pride, conviction toward myself, who have any pride hidden in my heart or I don't even realize it.
We want to exalt you.
We want to praise you may your name be exalted and Yahweh sure is great name. Amen. o Scripture says first of all, "If you have been
foolish and exalting yourself or if you have

devised evil put your hand on your mouth."

You're seen people do that they - they got my video
mixed up here - but they, uh, ops ever done that?
Well I mean first grade all the school kids be
around you and they go, "Oh." If you did something that they knew was bad? [chuckles] So if you've been foolish and exalting yourself put your hand over your mouth and keep it shut because zip it up. Because Yahweh hates it, he's listening and he despises it. So there's a danger of exalting yourself talking
well of yourself other Proverbs say, "Let another
man praise you not your own lips." So the word of Yahweh is called to be in our hearts. And we have the word there and we have the cleansing because of Messiah who is there. And you Yahweh is because of the word and illuminating things in their hearts that are not of him. And we have Yeshua Hamashiach as he was as he
was brought into the to the first century culture.
One of the main things he thought about and endangered people about was hypocrisy.
In Luke Chapter 12 verse one says, "In the meantime
when the - innumerable multitude of people gathered together so they trampled one on the other. He began to say to his disciples first of all beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy."
So looks like he disciples are having quite a bit of
success, lots of people gathering around them, seems to be a lot of people interested in the messages and things that are going on. And he sort of warns them, "Beware of the leaven of
the Pharisees.
For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be done. Therefore, whatever you've spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear and inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops." So when innumerable number of people gathered he warned them about hypocrisy. ust because you have a lot of people around you
doesn't mean that you've - you've resolved
everything. Your set is because you have a - pardon me. It's because you have a ministry with a large following doesn't mean you're set, you've succeeded. There's also the danger of hypocrisy. Paul dies for the clouds there [chuckles]. There's a danger of hypocrisy and so the Pharisees had quite a following lots of people following their faith and their organization or their sect or the denomination and he began to warn them about the things that were Pharisee like their leavening was not good, their glorying was not good. It was not from Yahweh. He said, "I say to you my friends do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that no more they - can they do. But I will show you whom you should fear - fear him who after he is killed has power to cast into hell or gehenna. Yes I say to you. Fear him." So all this in context here the 11 of the Pharisees and they were very concerned of what men would say about them. It was a very may end centered religion. All about the glory of men and so they did things that reflected their mentality, he saw through their mentality, he saw their hypocrisy that the things they did were to be looking good in the eyes of men. And that is a very huge danger in the body of the Messiah. Yeshua did say, "Whoever is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation of him the Son of Man will also will be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his father with the holy angels, whoever is ashamed of me and my words." Not just ashamed of him but also the words.
So we have to be aware that there is a danger and

we will have to work out something that a lot of
people don't want to do. And it would make you look silly or crazy or dumb in the eyes of the world or even in the eyes of your family members or other people that you respect and you love, and they're going to look at you doing something that most people don't do and say, "What in the world are you doing? What are those strings hanging off your shirt? What is all that about?" Or whatever we have to choose Yeshua and not be
ashamed of him or his words.
Yahweh comes first because - I mean how would you
like it if you were okay with you know - let's

suppose you were married [chuckles] and your
husband was ashamed of you wouldn't take you certain places because they were ashamed of you, wouldn't feel very good about it. So we can't be ashamed of the bridegroom or the words of the bridegroom. We have to actually find pleasure in following his word. escribes in Pharisees were all about men the opinions all the works they did to be seen by men, and make the phylacteries broad and enlarge the borders of their garments. They love the best - best places that feasts, the best seats in the synagogues, greetings in the marketplaces are to be called by men, "Rabbi, Rabbi or Hebrew my great one, my great one. "But You do not be called, "My great one." One is your teacher the Messiah you all are brethren. "Do not call anyone on earth your father the one who is your father he was - he was in heaven, do not be called teachers one is your teacher the Messiah. He was greatest among you shall be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled. He who humbles himself will be exalted." So many times I have seen that in my life.
You see it in games someone would be bragging
on themselves look at me I got this far. Next thing you know down they go.
So be aware of that, be continually aware that
when I first saw that. I thought that was profound and always keep this in mind always do. Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall." A lot of people misquote this first they say, "A pride goes before a fall." No, pride goes before destruction and a haughty
spirit before a fall.
So actually pride it's more destructive than a haughty spirit but both are wrong. A haughty attitude, a haughty spirit goes before, but then pride comes after or pride comes before destruction. So it's better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly that to divide the spoil with the proud. So I - we need to associate with men who are
humble.
Sometime is the people we hang around. You know they're very focused on the glory of Ben. But we want to associate with the humble right. Obadiah 1 3:3-4 says, "The pride of your heart has deceived you. You dwell in the clefts of the rock whose habitation is high. You who say in your heart who will bring me down to the ground? Although you ascend high as the eagle until you set your nest among the stars from there I will bring you down," says Yahweh. o I mean don't they have space stations up their
around [chuckles].
So it doesn't matter where you go. Yahweh can bring you down. Proverbs 6:16 these - say these six - these six things Yahweh hates, yes seven are an abomination to Him. "A proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devising wicked plans, feet that are swift to running the evil, a false witness who speaks lies and one who serves discord among brethren." Here's one, "A proud look." And proud look just a countenance of pride. Yahweh finds to be an abomination. Now this is a picture of one who has not yielded
their - their body is instruments to
righteousness. We've got tongue that lies, hands that shed shedding innocent blood all these things. innocent blood, heart devising wicked plan, feet Lifted eyes here is the literal meaning of proud that are swift to run the evil. look. Yahweh hates it. Yahweh hates it. It deceives us. We don't think we have it but we realize we had a pride for motivation somewhere, and so it's a state of mind to be humble more so than something you And so the end is discord. So - so we want to be healing our members as instruments of righteousness, the face is prideful, the tongue is lying, the hands are
- you know pride is less something you even commit
and more so a mentality that you have part of the character of a person. We are either humble or prideful. Maybe will have moments where we express humility, but there are many moments where we express pride but if we have a humble state of mind. Pride won't find its way. ow a lot of times pride will come in because
actually you don't feel good about yourself.
You don't feel confident about yourself, you don't have a - a - a sense of worth about yourself and so you're trying to inject yourself into a situation or in doing even a conversation where you want others to think well of you. And so you go and say self exalting things. So that can be the root of pride.
But let Yahweh to be the one who will lift you up
and then when he does so you glorify him.
Because he hates pride, I mean what's about that
pride? Why does he hate it? Some people say, "Well I'm proud to be this or I'm proud to be an American, I'm proud to do that, I'm proud to be part of this company, I'm proud to be a part of this family or on this team or whatever."
What do we as human beings have to be prideful about?
Sometimes you're saying, "Well I'm not ashamed to be a part of this group over here, I'm glad I'm a part of this group over here or this company." ut there's some times when it crosses over into a
worldly kind of pride.

If you really think about it what do we as human
beings have to be proud of? We did not do any - we did not make ourselves and Yahweh created the heavens and the Earth everything that's in them. He gave man everything he has.
Yet man since the beginning of creation has
rebelled against his creator.
We didn't make ourselves.
We can't do a thing apart from him. Every breath we take we're borrowing from him and we won't give it back because you take it you can't give him back that oxygen but we take the oxygen away and we can't give it back, our heart beats by his mercies and yet all the world acts as if he doesn't exist.
And Yahweh even sends his own son that died for us
on the tree and many are too proud to accept Him
and walk as he walked, even though it is you know
way who gave us the breath of life.
nd some say, "Well you know if Yahweh created me
well he should have put me through an awful lot of pain, an awful a lot of suffering, awful lot of these." Remember Job, all the awful things happened to him and yet Job himself let a little pride get in, people were accusing him. He started justifying himself he kind of got caught up in the moment justify himself rather than Yahweh. Maybe Joe - maybe Job would have said, "You know I don't know what I've done wrong but I really don't deserve anything, I don't really deserve not to have the balls on my skin. I don't deserve any good thing I've ever been given." Instead he started detailing his own righteousness there and not authority of chapters or so. And this is someone that Yahweh himself bragged about. o Eloheinu stands up and says, "Wait a minute Job
this is not right."
And all of a sudden, Yahweh answers Job out the
whirlwind and says.
"So who is this who darkens council by words without knowledge? Now prepare yourself like a man I will question you. And you will answer me.
Where were you when I lay the foundations of the
earth? Tell me if you have understanding. Who determine its measurements? Surely you know. Surely you know or who stretched the line upon it? Surely you know Job tell me all about it."
How many times I've heard people say this or say
that and Scripture right there comes to mind. You know where were you? And then Yahweh spends the next two chapters telling Job his own worthiness, because he knows exactly what he's doing, our inability to even come close to his might and power. I mean one thing it happens it causes another thing to happen you're a lot - you've ever thought back on your history? Well you know if I went and got that job over there. hen this would not happen and that wouldn't happen. I wouldn't have met my wife, wouldn't have this over here go on, and my whole life would have been completely different. You've ever thought about that?
Yahweh has all this stuff in his head, his mind, his
infinite knowledge he has and whatever circumstances he happens to allow on life different circumstances that go on different things that happen it is all - I mean he's got a lot worked out.
He knows how to make sure everything is planned in
such a way that would maximize the number of people getting saved for one, our ability to serve him properly, be faithful and reach others with Messiah and we you know if we're not careful we'll stand back and pridefully question our circumstances. Why did Yahweh allow this? And why did Yahweh allow that?
And Yahweh, who hears every prayer of every
person, sees everything going on. And we think he doesn't know what he's doing now he knows exactly what he's doing. The problem is we don't know what he's doing and we don't even have the capability of knowing what he is doing in many cases. arlier today a yellow ant crawled across my desk. Kleck splaying of the end I'm trying to have a broadcast right now. Will you please not quit - please stop bothering me because it came back a couple times [chuckles]. No point trying to explain to the aunt what I'm doing
here, right.
And I can't knocking him off my desk, he kept coming - come back on my desk [chuckles]. You can't explain to him why I couldn't have him there. I mean do you know why your trials are what they are? You don't. I mean he knows. I mean he might - he might give you an explanation here or there. But we get caught up in the things happening to us that we don't understand why and somehow we get arrogant and prideful, I don't deserve this. I didn't do anything to deserve this. Yeah right. eshua he was you know sent to be tortured and killed
but you - you deserve better right?
No. So Yahweh doesn't necessarily send trial upon you. Because you want to see you get punished or whatever it may just be for another person's benefit somewhere else. He's got this whole puzzle worked out. And if we're believers in Him then we're saying to you. "Yahweh I trust your goodness, I trust your faithfulness to this. I may not understand why this terrible thing happened to me or happened to a child or happen to somebody else or why." But he allows a lot of things to happen. He doesn't really want to happen. But he has given men a certain degree of free will but he does stop certain things from happening. And sometimes he lets things - he lets things go but it's man who does the evil. It's man who does the evil. So he has to give us a certain degree of free will for us to really love him properly if we were just a bunch of robots. We couldn't even love him, we would just be programmed computers essentially incapable of choosing anything. o we may have to suffer some things in this world and the truth is the only thing we really deserve is a lake of fire. That's all we deserve. But Yahweh does not give us what we deserve. He gives us grace. Gives us grace, and one thing - one of the things the trial will often do is bring us to a place of humility. And if we're willing to be humbled by it other people will choose to be arrogant and prideful and angry. If you're willing to be humbled by our trial or the circumstance we happen to be in. Then we will be among the blessed.
But if we choose to be prideful an arrogant, and
- and point fingers and shake our fist at the circumstances and demand whatever. e don't want to be among the people doing that, because Scripture says, "Behold the day is coming, burn like an oven and all of the proud." Yes all who do wickedly will be stumble, "And the day which is coming shall burn them up," says Yahweh of host. "That will leave them neither root nor branch but to you who fear my name. The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in his wings, and you shall go out and grow fat like stall fed calves." The calves are in a stall you know there are being fed the best grains you know kind of fatten them up and everything and they go out into the pasture and they're like running around I don't know if you've ever seen it or not. Bu We're going to be rejoicing and leaping and will be healed, and our bodies will feel great and - but for now we're in boot camp. We're in boot camp and not - not always pleasant here. ut the day of Yahweh has a lot to do with humbling the proud and so we want to be sure that we are not among the ones he needs to humble right. We need be humbled all ready without the need for some kind of trouble or some kind of day of Yahweh to come to us and put us on our place. Because when the day of Yahweh comes he will put things in its proper place. All the mountains will be made low, the valleys will be raised up and Yahweh alone will be exalted, because he deserves to be exalted he made everything that exists.
It's Satanic to shake your fi- your fist at him,
that's what Satan has done and it was pride that ultimately brought him down, was it not?
He still caught up in it, and he is constantly
trying to provoke man to get caught up in it with him and join him in that rebellion and that rebellion is rooted in pride in not recognizing Yahweh for the mighty one that he really is. nd so we have a situation even today where man has
chosen this route that he made himself, he has no
creator. He made himself through evolutionary processes [chuckles]. No, you need to know something. Yahweh he is Eloheinu it is he who has made us, and not we ourselves. We are His people and the sheep of his pasture get off your high horse, quit thinking on your own greatness. We are his people. We didn't evolve from some swampy pit, from some ape like creature don't make a monkey out of yourself living matter cannot come out of dead matter. I don't care how long you stare at a rock it's not going to turn into a monkey, a banana or a fruit tree and certainly not going to turn into a human being. ife is from above life begets life.
That's the pattern we see in all of creation life
begets life. Yahweh is he is a living Eloheinu he is the one who
gave us life.
We are created in His image, let's give him the honor, do his name he made us not we ourselves let's cease from being wise in our own eyes, submit ourselves fear Yahweh and depart from evil. Scripture says over and over again a fool has said in his heart, "There is no Eloheinu." Well there's one man in a worse condition than a fool. You know it is?
Proverbs 26 verse 12 says, "Do you see a man wise in
his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him."
Think about that for a minute.
We all know the scripture the food had said in his heart, "There is no Elohim." There is one guy who is in a worse condition than that someone wise in their own eyes. Now most of the time the one who is saying there is no Eloheinu is wise in their own eyes, but you see a fool can stop his foolishness.
He can turn away from his foolishness but someone
who is wise in their own eyes they are in worse shape because they don't see the need to turn away from anything. The all ready wise in their own conceit and they are in worse condition than a fool.
Romans 12:16 says, "Be of the same mind toward one
another. Do not set your mind on high things but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. He walks with wise men will be wise but don't be
wise in your own opinion."
o you want to associate with men that are humble. I have learned this lesson the hard way. I was associated with people in the past who had major, major obvious pride in their life. I found myself in a world of trouble. I thought maybe I could help them rehabilitate them or something I don't know. But don't be associating with the pride of men. So sit with people who are humble so that you don't get tempted and drawn away by pridefulness and so that they don't see you as someone they're going to knock down by five thousand steps. But a lot of debates you see out there today in which you know say for instance no one can really prove anything one way or the other kind of deteriorate into a not so much of what is truth but who has it you know, who has the truth is it me or you? And there's no clearer scripture you can point to than go there it is. But it becomes a who has the truth? More so than what is truth and discussion, forum debates, chat room debates it's not about what is truth it's about I've got it and you don't, I'll prove it to you that I have it. t all goes downhill from there being wise in your own conceit sometimes becomes a bit victorious
one who was wise in their own conceit, and the
humble one is kind of walks away okay well that's what he thinks. The prideful one thinks he won the argument when the other guy just didn't want to get involved in the, who's the greatest discussion? We're not supposed to be that way. Yahweh reveal something to us. He gets the glory, right because we didn't deserve it. We don't deserve any revelation that we get so we exalt ourselves through that or definitely missing something and to exalt him through that. If you think you know something think you've been revealed something don't be afraid to say, "Well it could be wrong. Maybe I didn't understand something properly maybe it's not a revelation from Elohim, maybe it's something I'm not getting correctly." A lot of times our troubles come when we start to assume things and we start adding things to Yahweh's word doesn't exist. Proverbs 30 verse five, "Every word of Eloheinu is pure. He is a shield to those who put their trust in him. Do not add to his words lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar." Sometimes we get these revelations and ideas which are not really in scripture but we think, "Oh this is a revelation." And we find ourselves adding to his words and Yahweh has to correct this later. When our thoughts are all the time on ourselves in our own revelation in their own words and our interpretation me, me, me. That's the "I" in pride that's at the center provide the "I." So be careful.
cripture says in James four thirteen, "Come now
you who say today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city spend a year there, buy and sell and make a profits." Whoever says such a thing is assuming he's even going to live the next year of his life. Yes and no.
"Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow,
for what is your life? It's even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanish as away." There you go there's your life right there. Instead you ought to say, if Yahweh wills we shall live and do this and do that.
Are we humble enough to say, if Yahweh wills I'll
do this I'll do that? Are we placing ourselves in mentally under Yahweh's authority and direction? Knowing he controls all things including the breath of life that happens to be in our lungs?
But now you boast in your arrogance."
He says. All such boasting is evil. Just to say I'm going to go to this city and do this and do that, buy and sell make a profit. You talk about the future like you know what's going to happen, like you really have control over it. The truth is you don't even know whether you're going to live the next five minutes let alone the next year.
You see the pride there?

You're talking about your future like you know
what's going to happen tomorrow. You don't even know if you're going to live tomorrow. Your life is just a little mist of flies up and you're gone. Your history your time is gone, your time is gone.
A vapor that appears for a little time and vanishes
away, that's what our life is, it's even prideful to say you're going to do something tomorrow for your benefit when Yahweh holds a breath of life and you may be boasting to something that will never come. Seem a little too much for selves I think sometimes. No, "Yahweh wills will live."
like that.
Yahweh wills, if Yahweh wills I'll do this, I'll do that. Yahweh willing I'll do this. o everything we do we want to be acknowledging
Yahweh's authority in our life and his superiority
to us in our life. He's the one we seek and to please every day. He's the one deserving of our attention. Efforts to please Him will yield eternal rewards, our efforts to please men will perish when they perish.
Our efforts to please men are not actually efforts
to please men or effort to please men rather than Yahweh are actually efforts to please ourselves, because if we can do things to please others our self can be exalted and you feel like you're worth something. But it's all vanity Yahweh all ready declared your worth when he sent Yeshua Hamashiach to be tortured, to suffer and to die for you. He's already demonstrated how important you are, invaluable you are to him.
If you embrace that you won't feel the need to
boost your self-worth through exhortation of self. And we will glorify him. We will glorify him. ow it's okay to please others to some degree with a perspective it's Yahweh we're seeking to ultimately please, by blessing another person, by building them up, by helping them but never, never do you do it simply because you want to be
exalted.
You do it because you truly want to help the person because you love the person, that's where it needs to be. So people you know, I see this sometimes and even
when they - in singing services Christian
contemporary music.
Imagine if you came to the feast of tabernacles here
coming up next month. And we set up this huge stage and we had fog and fancy lights and you know, and the day came when I was going to come out there and speak and I appear from the midst of the fog and there's all this production and - and music around me and here is so and so, here is Tom Martins and he comes out [laughs]. It sounds actually comical right.
o I precede out of the fog or rather the smoke and I
give my sermon and you know everybody would be going, "Wow." What's he trying to do here exalt himself? I mean get out here, I'm getting out of here. There wouldn't be a person left [laughs] except the laugh. But yet a band of men carrying electric guitars,
and a microphone in their hand do the exact same
thing and it's all normal.
They're given their music or their sermon and their
music.
Because that's what the world does.
Do we see their prideful arrogance in all that? Do - and they call themselves guitar heroes? I mean what's so heroic about playing a guitar? If somebody's life gets saved, somebody die for somebody else's life did nothing heroic about that you're playing an instrument. They're called to - guitar heroes because they're being glorified by men. And people scream for them. o if you have a musical gift be careful you don't get caught up in that we don't want to be gloating or ashamed in our gifts. Whether it be the quality of our voice or anything we do for Yahweh, it's Yahweh who gives us the abilities that we have.
And don't be ashamed if you don't have the best
voice in the world either make a joyful noise [chuckles], may not be in tune but is from the heart
that's all Yahweh cares about.
So we need to understand it's Yahweh we're working for here, Yahweh is the one we're doing these for. And Yahweh says, "I am Yahweh that is my name, my glory I will not give to another."
It's his glory.
He's not going to give it to you.
olossians 3:23 to 24 says, "Whatever you do- do it
heartily as to Yahweh and not a man. Knowing that from Yahweh you will receive the reward of the inheritance for you serve the master Messiah." So don't elf for and pleasing and eye service. With the singleness of heart we're looking for Yahweh to be pleased with our conduct that's our intent or go our hope. And only in the sense that I'm able to help somebody and bless somebody and they be pleased with that I know I'm doing a service for Yahweh because somebody is being blessed by something I'm doing, and I praise Yahweh for that ability to do that for whatever gift I have to do that. We have to be in that frame of mind we're doing it for Yahweh not for men. o when the sin comes knocking on our door we're so accustomed to doing everything we're doing for Yahweh we're not really going to yield to this mentality of the world.
I'm not working for the god of this world.
I'm not working for even myself, I'm working for Yahweh the true Eloheinu. And we become aware of his presence when we focus daily on doing things to glorify Him rather than doing things to serve ourselves. To make ourselves look better or standing better. Our goal is to glorify Yahweh. Look at David. irst Samuel 17:45 Yeah David said of the Philistine, "You come to me with a sword, with a spear, with a javelin. Oh but I come to you. I got more skill than you got I'll figure you out, I'll knock or rock and do your forehead knock you down buddy. No, but I come to you in the name of Yahweh of hosts, the mighty one of the armies of Israel whom you have defied." He boasted in Yahweh, everyone else was looking at the flesh, oh look at the size of that man. How could anybody beat him in battle? David saw beyond the flesh. David was small in the eyes of the people around him. Even his own brothers were mocking him, "Oh you left the sheep you're supposed to go off and care for those sheep little man." David had the right perspective. His eyes were on the man what he could or couldn't do his eyes are on Yahweh. nd Yahweh will often take someone who is small in the eyes of others and do awesome things with them.
Mary the - the one who - who bore Yeshua, I mean
she was so humble lowly estate, and so Yahweh
could use her.
Saw when he first was a - anointed king he was really and he kind of head among the equipment you know he didn't want to accept being a king and then he got prideful, started building monuments to himself for something Yahweh did. And Yahweh brought him down. Moshe, scripture says Moshe was very humble more
than all men who were on the face of the earth.
And here are the most hu- here is the most humble
man on the face of the earth.
You know that's what's going to take. For Yahweh to do an awesome work in him, he needed to find a meek and humble man because he was going to perform great and awesome things through him. f we want to be used by Yahweh the meekness and
humility have to be one of the first things on the
agenda for us right. We need to remain little in our own eyes, because once he begins to use us we could be in great danger of exalting ourselves. Yahweh told, so he said. "You know when you were small in your own eyes what you made the king of Israel."
He didn't get it once he's made the king of Israel.
He faulted. Yahweh wiped them out like a man wipes a dish. You cannot be in Yahweh's way of getting glory.
King Herod, Acts 12:21 So on a set day Herod a raid
in a royal apparel sat on his throne and gave oration to them and the people kept shouting the voice of a God and not a man. Then Yahweh immediately an angel of Yahweh struck him because you not get glory to Eloheinu and he was eaten by worms and died. But the word of Eloheinu grew and multiplied. So here - here is Herod and the people are just saying, "Oh wow the voice of Eloheinu." And because he did not give glory our way that was the end of him what happened? Instead of Herod growing the word of Yahweh, he grew right.
Instead of Herod being insulted Yahweh is word
was exalted. o in the good things he did speak he needed to give glory to Yahweh. What does Yahweh require of us? Micah 6:8 "He has shown you oh man what is good and what does Yahweh require of you, but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your mighty one." Three things, that's it. Just three things. Yeah that's it. Yahweh only wants three things out of us do justly, love mercy, walk humbly. Can you do that?
It's as easy and hard is that.
[chuckles] If we can walk with a sense of humility,
walk in righteousness, and love mercy we will have

done what Yahweh requires sums it up the whole
scripture. But what does it mean to do justly? It means to walk at the commandments, to keep his ways to obey Him, to love him.
What's it mean to love mercy?
To embrace them mercy that he is offering us through the Messiah Yeshua, and to be merciful toward others who are faltering, and to walk humbly. Remember he saved you, you didn't save yourself.
on't puff yourself up and be arrogant toward others.
Be humble give him the glory for what he's done in you.
Isaiah 66 verse one to two thus says Yahweh, "Heaven
is my throne and the earth is my footstool Where is the house that you will build me? Where is a place of my rest? For all these things my hand has me and all those things exist." Says Yahweh, "But on this one I will look on Him who
is a poor in contrite spirit and who trembles at
my word."
That's where he's going to do well and the humble
ones that tremble at his word. It means that when we hear is word we are thinking about our own lack, our own failures, our own weakness, our own struggles, we recognize we need to change we recognize we need a savior. So is that what we're doing?
I think there are actually people who they need to
know that, we need to tremble at his word. Because it's when you reach to that condition of other in complete humility you realize you're nothing apart from him, nothing that you can get right.
Your heart's in the place where he can work in you

and do great things in you.

ut even in our faith you don't have to look very
far to find people glorifying themselves,
making self look like they know everything, let's go
to chat room, go to forum somewhere, on Facebook
here comes the pride.
People listen, knowledge puffs up, but love edifies.
Knowledge can bring the work of the flesh and
muddy up everything that's good about what you're saying. It's good to share the word with brothers and sisters don't get me wrong but it's when it convicted us first that it really has the power. When it convicted us first and spoke to our heart and we humbled ourselves and we recognized it.
Listen, we men are probably most guilty of
this conversation between men you'll see here in the workplace or different gatherings of people one man will tell a story that's actually kind of exalts self a little bit. Somebody else comes along a long and tells another one that exalts himself a little more and there this little undercurrent of, "I deserve respect you know, I did this and this is what I'm about, and this is who I am." And you see it and you hear it and if you're sensitive to recognizing more pride is rearing its ugly head. You hear those things and sometimes it will even degrade into even worse telling stories about how bad everybody else is. I've been a congregational meetings where it seemed to me that there are a congregation got their identity by where they are not, "Oh, we're not a Catholic and we're not a Protestant and we're not that." More so than what they are supposed to be in Messiah.
Well I'm more something because I'm not this
person. I'm more something because I'm not that guy over there, some deceived, bad worshiper over there or some Catholic person or whatever and that's their identity of who they are not just because who they are not. It's not messiah, it's not the way a messiah. You don't exalt yourself by putting others down there's no - There's no pathway upward. But there are some people that's their personality is to put others down to make themselves feel better about themselves, make themselves feel better and wiser and the reality is they don't have assurance of their own identity in Messiah. They feel like they have to create something themselves.
So they're insecure the reality then - they're
narcissistic - the narcissistic person is really immature, they don't a solid identity and they're covering it up with all kinds of things. They don't want to feel rejection by men. They don't want to feel it, and because they have not yet embraced who they are in Messiah. So we need to be aware of these things. mean your - your identity cannot be in, "Well at least I'm not as bad as that guy over there." I mean there's a neighborhood of 14 houses and 13 of the people. In the 14 houses are all murderers and rapists the one guy over there is not murdering and raping might think he's some out of the track, but Yahweh looks him and says, "No you've stolen, you've committed adultery." And the man taking comfort in the fact he's not a murderer and even in the body of Messiah well I'm a Sabbath keeper and other people are not I do this and other people don't. And therefore I feel great about myself. You can't do that Scripture says, "We dare not class ourselves or compare ourselves with those who commend themselves. But they measuring themselves by themselves and comparing themselves among themselves are not wise." Don't compare yourself with anybody else. That's where pride comes in. "Oh look at me, compared to you." "You're not and I am." "You're the - I am the have, you're have not." What we need to do. Compare our own heart our own life, our own conduct to Yeshua Hamashiach he's the master. He's the great one. He's the only one worthy of that position.
'm not saying it's wrong that when you see an
example of Yeshua Hamashiach and somebody else in your life that you go, "That's Messiah like, that's what I want to do." like Paul said, "Imitate me as I am imitate Messiah." That's really Messiah you're trying to emulate.
We get caught up in this you know okay, "I feel
like I belong in this group because this particular group. I'm not going to put down I can handle this group." But then there's another group over here who's actually living a more Messiah like example but we don't feel comfortable in that group and we accuse them of pride because they're actually living out the more Messiah like example. And we're afraid to be in that group over there because they're going to make me look bad.
It's just that when you're with them you know you
feel like you don't belong because you're not arrived at their level of character yet. ssociate with people who have a more Messiah like character than you do and seek to learn. Reminds of a story I used to work in the heating air
conditioning trade in, I was a technique.
It seems like every company had their main guy you know, who was the best technician of all of them one day I had to leave a company because I wasn't getting enough hours and the lead guy come over to me and says, "You got to go find a company where you're the best guy. Then you get paid well and everybody will like you." That's what he was doing. No different people join churches that domination. "I think I can belong here, I think I can really excel here." They don't challenge themselves. o let's be aware of pride. You know the pride in those areas pride is a source of anger also. If you're angry at somebody else because of some wrong they've done to you or somebody else, are you in mindful of the fact that you've done wrong yourselves? Do you really deserve to be so very angry at another person for their particular sin? Knowing that you yourself have been guilty? Maybe not of that particular sin but some other sin, pride. You see how it just finds its way is like a low slithering snake finding its way to every little spot it can get. And anger just bout every time comes out of pride.
We sin yesterday over this one thing and we're mad
somebody else because they sinned over something else just be mad at yourself. on't be angry at others be like Job despise yourself in dust and ashes repent, seek forgiveness, believe in the Grace of Yahweh, confess it, for sake it and move on. You think that your anger you can make somebody righteous? No. "The wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of Elohim." James says so.
Scripture says, "He is of a proud heart stirs up
strife. He who trust in Yahweh will be prospered."
Let's not stir up the strife.
Let's be of a humble heart. "Angry man stirs up strife." Proverbs 29:22 an "A furious man abounds in transgression a man's pride will bring him low but the humble in spirit will retain honor.
A prideful heart is the root of rebellious
children or wives who rebel against authority in the household, the headship of men a child who thinks he's worthy to argue with an adult needs to learn a lesson in humility." Scripture says, "Every one of you shall revere his
mother and his father and keep my status, I am
Yahweh your Mighty One." Revere it means to hold in proper weight in reverence and respect.
nd by extension it applies in many can many other
situations in life a boss at work. A police officer who pulls you over anywhere there is authority reverence and respect needs to be exhibited, don't be exalting yourself. You're not in that position. Maybe one day you will be. And also if you're in the position don't act like you're the - if you're a husband don't act like you are the God of the House or the Eloheinu of the house.
It's easier even I mean natural to follow someone
who's spending his time serving you right. If someone's blessing you and serving don't you want to like do something back for him is kind of a natural exchange right. So if the husband is leading by serving, then the rest of the family is going to go, "Oh okay. All they - what can I do for him?" That's what real servant leadership Yeshua did that quite often it's because of what he did for us we feel like oh well what can I do for you? Right. That's how it's supposed to work.
f a man is working to supply food and shelter
for his family, he's serving his family and wives and children need to recognize that as service and appreciate that and show proper respect.
Now he's doing the bare minimum.
So as to not be called an infidel. And he's just sitting back far enough or is like a king on a throne. I mean that's not what leadership is. We all need to be humble them one of the authority the one under authority and none of us should think of ourselves as being in a higher place or position than we're actually in remember that's the mistake. Satan tempted Eve with, "Oh you can be just like Eloheinu knowing good and evil."
Satan pulls the same deception over and over
again, every generation comes along. Men and women fall for it. He's a professional deceiter. Let's not think of ourselves more highly than we ought to replace ourselves in a position higher than we're actually in. Yeshua said, "When you're invited go and sit down in the lowest place." So then when he was invited you to do that or comes in may save you friend go up higher, then you have glory in the presence of those who sit at the table with you.
"For whoever exalts himself will be humbled,
and he who humbles himself will be exalted."
ow many times I've seen this in my life?
You know, "Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, whoever humbles himself will be exalted." Now seating arrangements are not so important in our culture today. But I think there is that there's actually other contexts where that can be the case for example 15 people having a conversation in one room - one room, and one person just dominating everything. I mean everything he says he's always talking, never listening. He's dominating the whole conversation. And very few other people can actually get a word in. And when they start to get a word in they get over ran by the person who was dominating the conversation. You seek in the seat in the highest place.
My words are more important that everybody
else's words. So I'm going to talk, talk, talk and no one else will be able to say anything because what I have to say is the most important thing. Do that we do that? Do we seek to be the center of attention? There's a time to give a sermon. There's a time to give other people a voice to say something too. I don't know why congregations don't do that. It's always the one man talking. The scriptural pre- principle is that others have a say as well. o I mean sometimes there's a desire there to be accepted to get other people to like you to be glorified by man and it's accomplished through the use of the tongue, to be the one respected, to be the one people talk about, to be the one the center of attention, but then there are others as sitting quietly at the table and finally someone says, "What do you think about this?" And the Word of Wisdom will come out their mouth just blow everybody away. It's the ones who are listening who are learning, if you're always talking, you're never learning. Mainden gathered together. I think it was Declaration of Independence something like that some kind of gathering constitution or something, and everybody was talking and yapping and talking everything and someone looked over to George Washington and said, Boy you're awful quiet over there George. You're a guest of you know very, very high position and high honor. Why aren't you talking?" And George's pauses and said, "Well, I guess when I talk I'd like people to listen."
[laughs] So their certain once you're more dominant
in this wording in their conversations or whatever it might be so be careful you know, "There is a time to speak, a time not to speak." You want to be heard, sometimes the best thing is to be the quiet person, a new voice in the conversation will get everybody's attention. So, what kept the Scribes and Pharises and rulers from accepting Yaushuah? It was pride. Yeshua came to Peter what happened? Peter says, "Oh depart from me I'm a sinful man." Yet he was chosen to be the leader of the first century assembly.
Then there were other people who saw Yeshua and
they believe in him. John 12:42, "But because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue for they love the praise of men more than the praise of Eloheinu." Didn't want to be humbled, didn't want to be shamed, didn't want to be kicked out synagogue.
That maybe a major reason why and some people when
we share with them some truths that we have deemed to be truth from the scriptures, they don't want to receive it they don't want to be cast out their church. They love the praise of men more than the praise of Eloheinu. They're ashamed of Yeshua his words, same problem, different century.
f it's something that's going to cause you to be
looked down upon others when you start doing something different everybody individually has to face the question. I'm I refusing to do this because of what I see in scripture? Because I'm afraid of people will say about me? My afraid of what my wife will say about me, my husband will say about me, my children my father, my mother, my grandmother, my grandfather, my friends, my neighbors. It doesn't change what truth is, you have to have a live with the truth. Because what they say about you is not going to matter on judgment day, they aren't going to be standing there and go, "Well I think so and so."
Won't matter one bit, it'll be Yahweh's word
that matters. That's all it's going to matter. But they love the praise of men the more than the praise of Eloheinu. And if you found the truth don't act like you better than anybody else. ever have the attitude I can't learn from that
person over there they're deceived by something that

I see them deceived in maybe, you're deceived and
nobody can learn from you either. You know I've learned a lot of lessons at least by observing my own children even to the start. Son you need to be doing - I just did that the other day. I just taught my son that the other day.
We have to be humble toward our children too

otherwise, will be seen as hypocrites.

We all can learn from each other.
Good examples are bad examples we learn from each other. We need to be humble. We need to be humble. Because if anyone thinks he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know. But if anyone loves Eloheinu this one is known by him. I think verse one says, "Knowledge pops but love edifies." It's not about what you know it's about what?
Who knows you, that's what it's about.

You think you know anything you don't really
know anything and as you ought to know because you don't, you're not - you're being wise in your own opinion. If you love Eloheinu then he will know who you are. It's not what you know it's who knows you. omeone can have all the knowledge but have not
love, and they have not love they are nothing.

Yeshua told the scri- the Pharisees he said, "If you
were blind, if you were blind you would have no sin." But you say, "We see." Therefore, your send remains that's the danger of the denominationalism, you claim to be the seeing one. "Come to us we have the answers." You claim to be the sane one your church is the one that saved, all right. By your own words you'll be justified or condemned and if you lack any if you have any blindness. You will be held accountable. But if you recognize that you might be wrong that you could have blindness's. And you have a blindness Yeshua says, "There's no sinning in your blindness." It's not what you know it's what you do with what you have. I've heard people say, Well I didn't know that."
Sometimes it's you didn't want to know that.
You sort saw it. Other times you think you know something you know even though you know about it yet. There's a whole lot more to know about it. I mean pride is just everywhere. You don't want to know what that was over there because you're afraid if you'd have to if you did know it then you'd have to do it.
ee all the little areas pride just find his way
everywhere. Even here pride sometimes in prayer, you hear a preacher on the radio. He's praying thus with himself. He really is. He stops even if is to refers to Yahweh in the third person like, who's he talking to then? He's talking to the people or he's talking thus with
himself.
Is not really a prayer anymore, Yahweh is not in the first person. Now I'm talking about Yahweh and said to Yahweh, I mean who is he praying to? Pray into prayer is not a performance it's an offering. It's a holy offering an instance offering to Yahweh, sweet incense. So when we're praying, we're speaking to him. Don't be like you know two men went up to the temple to pray one Pharisee and one the other tax collector, Phariseestan prayed thus with himself. "Eloheinu I thank you I'm not like other men,
extortioners, unjust adulterous, even this tax
collector, I fast twice a week, I give tithes of all I possess." Self exalting prayer, and tax collector standing far and off - far off with not so much as raise his eyes to heaven but beat his breast saying, "Eloheinu be merciful to me a sinner." I tell you this man went down to his house
justified rather than the other for everyone who
exalts himself will be humbled. He who humbles himself will be exalted over and over we see in scripture and in real life on the earth today.
prayer is a time to humble ourselves before Yahweh,
Pharisee was not doing that, he was exalting himself before Yahweh. A prayer is just a prayer it's not a performance. When I pray and pretense and make a long prayers. Just to be seen by men. We want to pray or prayers for the purposes of
exalting Yahweh not for others to be impressed
with how well our prayer was. "Let's be humble confessors more than eloquent professors."
I borrowed that line from [indiscernible 1:26:08]
Raven Hill. Good, good line. I like that. There - there are some who are humble confessors that
are the ones justified than the arrogant
professors they won't even be in the kingdom, he doesn't know who they were or are. So Yahweh resists the proud, and gives Grace to - to the humble the last thing we need is anything stopping us from getting Grace. Sometimes unforgiveness can be rooted in pride.
If you forgive men their trespasses you haven't
only followed roles of forgive you, "If you do not forgive men their trespasses neither will your heavenly Father forgive your trespasses." Matthew 6:14-15. If you're so prideful you're not willing to forgive somebody else. You got some sin in your own life buddy. Even now or maybe some point later you will.
Maybe even worse than what you're judging them for we
have to be willing to forgive. Heed the warning because all things hidden will come to light and the harboring of unforgiveness toward another a lot of times is rooted in your own pride. e need Yahweh's mercy every day.
And maybe one day you'll need it when you don't
think you need it now but you'll need it one day.
Pride finds its way in all kinds of places first
Peter 5:5 "Likewise younger people submit yourselves to your own elders. Yes all of you be submissive to one another and be clothed with humility for Eloheinu resists the proud but gives Grace to the humble therefore, exalt yourselves under the mighty hand of Eloheinu that he may exalt you in due time casting all your care upon him for he cares for you." I think we've lost that in our generation honoring the elders and the elderly. I think one of the reason for that is we know the elderly are not maybe heap on the latest tech - technologies and you think they're out of touch and don't know anything. "Oh look, he can't even use those little touch pad, or his iphone or a smart phone." And people look at even think they don't know anything but you know what they've lived a long time and they learned some hard lessons and they have some wisdom that younger people need, and we need to honor and respect that. t's not how well you use a computer laptop or a smart phone it's going to help you in your life. It's how well you develop your character and people who are older have sought out righteous character are probably a whole lot more spiritually developed than you are, you need to honor and respect that
even if they don't deserve it.
It's your position their office and young people today are not taught respect. They're arrogant and they prideful. People mock them and shove no way a nursing home somewhere, so you don't have to listen to them. In Hollywood spends millions of millions of dollars glorifying and honoring the youth got to be young looking. That's the goal, got to look young. But Yahweh says, Rise before the gray headed, honor the presence of an old man and fear your Eloheinu, the Almighty one, I am Yahweh."
ur culture has it backwards part of fearing
Eloheinu is to honor the grey headed and honor the presence of an old man that's a part of fearing Eloheinu, they go hand in hand.
Now some people just because an older people I
would say to you, "Silver hair head as a crown of glory if it's found in the way of righteousness."
Now it doesn't matter if the silver haired man is
righteous or not, you still one of them. But if you have a silver haired head then let it be found in the way of righteousness. Honor those who are older and those who are older act honorably.
Now in terms of our walk as believers and Yeshua
there is something that Paul noted. ven in his day he said, "For you see your calling brethren that not many wise after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called. But Eloheinu has chosen the foolish things of the world to put the shame the wise and Eloheinu has chosen the weak things of the world the put the shame the things which are mighty. And the base things of the world of the things which are despised Eloheinu has chosen, and the things which are not to bring to nothing the things that are."
We notice that some people in walkers struggling
character issues and stuff. The kind of carnal maybe in the eyes of the world they're maybe not considered very valuable and yet they find their identity here. Like the Corinthian is saying, "They are a big mess."
But Yahweh chose them.
t's a condition of our heart in regards to our humility before Yahweh a lot times it determines whether or not or even a believer and whether or not Yahweh will choose us. So that no flesh would glory in his presence he doesn't want prideful arrogant people receiving these things are not going to anyway. But if they do it'll be so they can look good in the eyes of whoever group they want to be a part of. So the things which are not he's going to bring to
nothing the things that are, the ones wise
according to the flesh the mighty and noble of this world. He doesn't want any flesh glorying in his presence but of him you are in Messiah Yeshua who became for us the wisdom of Eloheinu and righteousness and sanctification and redemption the - as it is written, "He who glories let him Glory in Yahweh." Interesting comment here, "Glory in Yahweh." e's quoting from Jeremiah Chapter nine verse twenty three to twenty four, "Thus says Yahweh let not the wise man Glory in his wisdom. Let not the mighty men Glory in his might, nor let the rich being Glory in his riches but let him who glories Glory in this. That he understands and knows me that I am Yahweh, exercising loving kindness, judgment and righteousness in the earth for in this I delight."
Yahweh delights in the fact that we Glory and the
fact he is Eloheinu we know him. We understand he exercises loving kindness in justice and righteousness and we justify him, and we Glory in him. Not to be confused with self righteousness don't - don't get me wrong, easy to do that. Don't but don't be ashamed of him either when you have to do something for him be bold about it don't be ashamed of it, be bold about it. lory in the fact that others are putting you down and mocking you because of your obedience to the father Glory in it. Do it, well do what you do and don't be ashamed of it
rather Glory.
You know I've had people mock me because I wear these you know these tassels here. I don't care, Hallelujah I Glory in it because this is the way a disciple Yeshua is supposed to conduct himself according to how I understand the Scriptures. Now I don't walk around my nose in the air over it or if I have all of a beard, I don't walk myself with - walk a nose in the air or anything, but hey, I'm not going to be ashamed of it and this is the way Yahweh is called a man to operate in to function and to appear Hallelujah but not for pride, not for pride. ecause these things don't generally bring people pride. People usually mark my long beard not find anything good about so particularly among Christians. You know they want you to have a nice clean shaven face, some jobs you can even get if you have a beard. So what people say about you, if you use a Hebrew name or you keep a Shaba or a Feast or you won't eat that pork if they are offering you or you have to restrict your diet don't be ashamed. Don't be self-righteous. But Gloria in knowing that this way is the right way Yahweh has open that - your eyes to see this and you can praise him for it. You can rejoice in it. That he has given you the ability to understand these things and be blessed by it. Don't be ashamed of it. Don't be arrogant about it they'll be prideful about it but don't be ashamed of it either. This is the righteous way of conduct. We honor Yahweh with our bodies. Yahweh made us. If you have to wear something more modest than the next person, don't be ashamed Glory in it.
That's what he says, "Glory in it, let he who

Glories glory in Yahweh."

ll the long suffering, mercy and love Yeshua have
for us to teach us things that we have learned so we would be his own. So we would be forgiven of so many other things that we've done wrong. We are blessed to be caused called his servants and we should be rejoicing that we're children of the one true king and Yeshua paid the ultimate price. We have value, we have worth and we are one of his children. And we are calling everyone into his sheep fold. Now when you do what's commanded of you Luke
Chapter 17:7, "Which of you having a servant
plowing and attending sheep?" Attending sheep will say to him when he is commeth from the field, "Commit at once and sit down to eat." But will he not rather say to him, "Prepare something for my supper and guard yourself and serve me until I've eaten and then drunk. Afterward you'll eat and drink." Did he thank that servant because he did the things that were command him. I think not. And so likewise you when you have done all these things which your commanders say run profitable servants we've just done what was our duty to do. o many times we hear all so and so down the road he
did this wrong thing.
Well I would never do that. Comparing yourselves with others don't lose your reward. If you do something right. Say, "Well I just did that was my duty to do, no big deal. Not proud of it, Yahweh gave me the strength to do it but I'm not ashamed of it either. I just did my duty. No big deal." Not unto us so Yahweh, not unto us but to your name give glory, because of your mercy to Yeshua Hamashiac because of your truth. The Torah the word of Yahweh is truth. Because he showed us is truth, he showed us his mercy, we needed to be redeemed from the areas we failed to walk in truth. Salute this praise Yahweh for everything, will glorify Yahweh in that while we were yet sinners Yeshua would die for us. on't be ashamed to praise Yahweh publicly, loudly. Can you do that? Can you walk in a crowd of people and say Hallelujah? Can you do that? Are you ashamed?
My soul make its post in Yahweh and the humble will
hear it and will be glad I said it.
The proud will be like, "What are you doing
freak?" They'll be a humble be glad to hear it, they might even say, "Yeah, that's right praise Yahweh Hallelujah." They know he is worthy of Glory the humble hear and rejoice.
Yeshua said it the crowd of people he said, "Oh
father I Glorify your name." All over sudden a voice come down from heaven, "I'll glorified, I'll glory it again."
Let's say it you and I together all of us,
"Father Glorify your name Hallelujah." Let's be sure our lives are such that we do is give Him glory and not look for it for ourselves. Can you do that in a crowd of people? Do you want to bust somewhere Hallelujah? Can you do it?
"Because the day is coming burning like an oven all
the wickedly will be stubble. All the proud will be stubble, the loftiness of
men will be bound down, the hardness of men will
be brought lowly, Yahweh alone will be exalted one day." Isaiah 2:17 all these people running around the little cars. Thinking they're all hot to trot in their fancy clothes. They're proud continence is displaying themselves, taking pictures of themselves selfies and tough man looks and dark lips, and look what I'm wearing none of that stuff is going to be exalted in the final day. No. "The idols he utterly abolish, they'll go in the holes of the rocks." Isaiah 2:18-22 and in the case of the earth and the terror of Yahweh in the glory of his Majesty when he arises to shake the earth mightily and that day and he will cast away the aisles of Silver. The aisles of Gold and Ferrari's and his Lamborghinis which they made each for himself to worship to the moles and the bats. Go in the class of the rocks the crags of the rugged rocks from the terror of Yahweh in the glory of his Majesty when he arises to shake the earth mightily. Saver yourself from such a man whose breath is in his nostrils for what account is he anyway? Associate with the humble.
ehold the day of Yahweh A comes cruel with both
wrath and fear fierce anger to lay the land desolate and he will destroy it's sinners from it, "For the stars of heaven in their constellations will not give their light, the sun will be dark and it is going forth and the moon will not cause its light to shine. I will punish the world for its evil the wicked for their iniquity. I will halt the arrogance of the proud and lay low the hardiness of the terrible." Zephaniah 3:8. "Therefore, wait for me says Yahweh until the day I rise up for plunder, my determination is to gather the nations to my assembly of kingdoms to pour on them my indignation, all my fears anger, all the earth will be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language that they owe may call upon the name of Yahweh, to serve him with one accord." hey are going to be doing what we're doing. "From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my worshippers the daughter of my dispersed ones shall bring my offering." "And that day you shall not be shamed for any of your deeds. In which you transgress against me for then I would take away from your midst. Those who rejoice in your pride and you shall no longer be hearty in my holy mountain. I will leave in your midst. A meek and humble people and they shall trust in the name of Yahweh." Guess the go has to be left behind, right.
How many of us talk about the day of Yahweh when
Yeshua returns and we look forward it is return, but if brothers if we have pride in our hearts, we have to be one of those he has to humble. Let's get it out. Let's be the meek - meek and humble people that are left in the midst. or he has our money one and we are the sheep of his pasture, sheep of his hand, the people of his pastor's sheep of his hand today. "If you will hear his voice do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion as in the day of trial in the wilderness when your father's tested me. They tried me there they saw my work."
You've seen his work in your life and the lives of
others.
Don't harden your hearts.

Yahweh learns worthy of exaltation as the four
creatures in the Book of Revelation having six wings or full of eyes around and within they do not rest day or night saying holy, holy, holy. Yahweh, Eloheinu almighty he was and is, and is to come. And whatever their living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him and sits on the throne who lives forever. The twenty four elders fall down before him, who sits on the throne and worship him, who lives forever and ever and cast their crowns before the throne saying, "You are worthy oh Yahweh to receive glory and honor and power for you created all things, and by your will they exist and we are created." So when he gives you the crown of life.
Even the crown deserves to be cast down before him as

we declare he is worthy he created all things and he
even saved you from your own mess. Father Yahweh you alone are worthy of glory, you
alone are worthy of all praise.
And we praise you and we thank you Yahweh for calling us out of this dark world into your marvelous light.
We thank you for doing us out of the pit that we dug
for ourselves. Point us out of the clay and forming us into the image of your dear son, for Your glory father, for your glory and your glory alone lead us to the everlasting river the river of the water of life that we might drink and be partakers of eternal life through Yeshua Hamashiach. Shine a Light. Show is the areas where we have pride, open our eyes to it. We want to be humble people before you if you need to humble us humble us, if that's what it takes for us to enter into an everlasting life - everlasting life. We want to glorify you, deliver us from our own
pride help us to see in the areas I have not
shared this day where the pride exists. And Yeshua Hamashiach and through him we pray.
For truly yours is the kingdom and power and

glory and majesty into you Yahweh Eloheinu.
Yahweh Almighty one belongs all praise, honor
and worship forever in Yeshua's great name we
pray. Amein.
