Below is an excerpt from an email I received back from a Flinstones consumer adviser.<br /><br />\"In response to your inquiry, Bayer HealthCare has a policy to use non-animal derived ingredients in our products wherever it is technically feasible. However, all Flintstones formulas contain Gelatin, except for Flintstones Supplements Bone Support Gummies. Gelatin is used in the raw materials to impart the characteristics of flow and make it into directly compressible for tableting. It is sourced from beef, pork, or a combination of both.\"
