Zondervan & Thomas Nelson are actually the same company.

According to email communication with the company:

"Thank you for your inquiry.The main animal skins used in our Bibles is either cow or pig. At times, calf skin is used, but that would be in the more expensive Bibles. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a listing for each Bible.

Some of the adhesives used to make cases (at least hardcover cases, not certain about flex cases) do contain animal proteins, and that pig is likely one of them.

The inks that we use inks do not contain any compounds derived from pigs. Also, the lightweight paper has no pig component or pig-derived component."

Perhaps if we want to inquire about whether pig is in a specific bible they sell, we would need to contact them about that specific bible. This reply from Thomas Nelson was a response to a question about their bibles in general.
